Decent hotel for the price and location, somewhat clean but outdated. Not equipped to handle a large group especially with children. Inadequate supplies in room (eg: 2 towels for four guests, 1 bar of soap etc) Seems like they have a policy about children not being able to have fun. We were told to turn down our TV at 4 pm? Children couldn't make noise in halls as they were too noisy? Small dining area in front of reception desk where we "annoyed the reception while eating meals because she couldn't answer the phone". Not very friendly service with the exception of the housekeeping staff. Would only recommend this hotel to individuals who want quietness and cheap lodging.

Old hotel room, uncomfortable beds and very awkward layout of the suite. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. When we went to check out the owner was kicking a family out with their kids because there was 6 in the room. Super ignorant.

Dear Guest I do apologize that our beds and smell. our beds are actually they are fairly new and we do get many compliments on them. We are keeping upgrade our facilities and better service. For the price, this hotel is a good value. Nothing extravagant, but it's quiet, clean, and adequate. The pool and hot tub looked inviting but we forgot our suits so can't rate them.

We travel a great deal and this is the worst super 8 I have stayed in. We could not get a proper nights sleep every time someone used the shower or flushed the toilet we could hear the pipes rattle. The elevator takes along time in coming and makes so much noise you are scared to get into it. We were so concerned we are contacting the authorities before someone is hurt. The breakfast could have more choices. You are better in checking out other hotels first.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the only complaint we'd have is the noisy bathroom fan...everything else about the room was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was good but wish they'd have had yogurt and more choices in the cereal selection. Otherwise it's your typical complimentary breakfast.

Me and my friend went there for quiet evening. We both work nights and wanted to nap in the afternoon. There were a bunch of little kids (20-30), they were SO loud and playing hockey in the hallways. I did not fall asleep. Plus in the morning we found a big burrito wrapped in foil under the bed while looking for my sock, and a pantyliner behind the dresser while looking for the room key. They were not ours. After asking for a discount they refused! All my answers are 1 as in BAD!!

The weekend you were here, we had a couple of kids hockey teams in the hotel. Our staff is trained to handle noise complaints (all complaints for that matter). Staff is friendly and accommodating. Nice small hotel, well-placed for the work I need to do here for two weeks. It's always nice to stay in a place where might where my dogs are welcome. I am hyper vigilant to keep my room clean because I want pet owners to have a good reputation (even though there is an extra pet fee). Odd combination of super clean housekeeping service, but room rugs are dirty. Bad. There's no smell, but when I wiped up a spill the towel came away black. Found some rice grains in a corner. Some suspicious stains. They need some heavy duty rug doctors. No barefooting here. No complaints beyond that. Again nice mostly very clean, and my dogs are welcome here. Will stay again.

Our Guest services person in the morning needs some lessons in customer service. Could take lessons from the professional person that checked us in for the night And helped locate a restaurant for dinner.
