This place is great! VERY clean cabin. Unfortunately, we were only there for 1 night, and did not cook, but would not hesitate to use the well stocked clean kitchen. Fridge and stove were spotless. Good towels, linens and beds. Kind of out in the middle if no where, but very quiet. Lots of local information at the main check in area. A very short drive to restaurants. If you are planning to hike the Cabot Teail, this would be a great place to stay for a few days.

We stayed in the room on the back of the office. Our room was clean and comfortable and felt brand new. check in was easy with the door unlocked and the key inside. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

My husband and I stayed in the deluxe king chalet and it was lovely and very clean. We had a complete kitchen and separate bedroom. It’s close to everything in Cheticamp. It was a beautiful place for us. The owners very very nice and helpful. The TV had satellite and we had wifi, a little spotty but we were in a holiday so it was fine. We would stay there again if ever back on Cape Breton Island.

Cleanest place I ever stayed!!! You’d swear we were the 1st people to ever stay there. Fridge and stove didn’t have a speck of dirt inside them. We had a good sleep. Cleaners were very friendly. I told them that my mother was an inn keeper and manager of several 1 day rentals. She’d be very very impressed. She is very fussy. I told them they were 100 percent, and we had a flawless stay. The lady that runs it is amazing, and funny. Reminded me of my mother. Would do anything for you. Thank you for and awesome time. ❤️

We stayed in the King one-bedroom chalet (same building as office), and our living room window overlooked the water (across the street) and the tip of Cheticamp island, which was awesome, since we experienced an incredible "light show" over the water on our last night there...continuous heat lightning as well as some chain lightning and bolts over the horizon...awesome show! The chalet was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen (for 3, I believe the couch was a pull-out). There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs, and a leather couch facing the TV, which is high up and beside the fridge, so can't be fully viewed from table, and there is no living room chair, or coffee table, for that matter. There was an issue, which we did not report, with the ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was incredibly wobbly and had a piece of cardboard sticking out, so we thought it best to NOT use it, just in case. (There is a heat pump/AC unit in the living room/kitchen space, as well as a non-wobbly ceiling fan.) The bathroom has a vanity under the sink, but there are no shelves or hooks for towels or toiletries, which would be a cheap but nice addition. I would also add a few more hangers in the bedroom closet (another cheap fix) and a bedside table or two. These are mere suggestions that could enhance an already lovely property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and also important, the bed was very comfortable!

After a very disturbing and unsatisfactory experience with a VRBO booking we had the good fortune of calling Soleil Chalets who had a house available. The house across the street from the chalets is beautiful. The owners John and Betty Ann and their staff provided amazing service and the house is wonderful. Beautiful views of the water. Watching the fishing boats leave the harbour provided a sense of tranquility my sisters and I really needed. Highly recommended.

Very nice cabin, open concept with two Queen beds ( cabin 2] and a loveseat for two under the TV. Large dining table with four chairs and very clean and comfortable. Full size fridge and stove with some dishes and cooking tools, coffee and coffee maker. Comfortable beds and full bath with lots of towels. Heat pump and ceiling fan for ventilation. Convenient location close to the Highlands but just outside Cheticamp, so close to amenities. Free wifi included. We’d definitely come again!

We traveled with a group of friends for an ATV rally in Cheticamp. My husband and I stayed in the “deluxe king chalet” and we were so impressed. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, private, and had a well equipped kitchen and BBQ. Our friends stayed in the standard chalets and they were also very happy. We all said after leaving that we would definitely stay again!

We stopped in Cheticamp before exploring more of the Cabot Trail the next day. Our chalet was clean and the beds very comfortable, lots of space in the kitchen for making meals. There's also a BBQ on the small front porch. It's a convenient location, although the chalets are across the road from the shore, so not right on the water. Friendly and helpful staff - overall, a very pleasant stay, I'd recommend booking here.

We stayed in Cheticamp due to its proximity to the National Park. It was a great location. The chalets were oversold on its website. It was dark, very close to the road and the "beautiful views" touted, were not. There was no common space except the kitchen table. The soap and shampoo dispenser was empty and there was no soap. The towels were thin and ragged and the only housekeeping dispensed was changing the towels! These appeared to be prefab units just plopped down in a parking lot. Look elsewhere. PS - They did permit us to bring our dog.
