We stopped here before driving the Cabot Trail through the Cape Breton Highland Park in our Motorhome. It was late September ... So very end of season. Lovely setting and we found the manageress so welcoming ...... We got great advice on where to eat .... And transport to get us there They couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks for...

Funny how Trip Advisor has this as a hotel. I suppose it was not actually more expensive but all lots are fully serviced so you have no choice but to pay for that feature. Having said this, the site was extremely nice, plenty of trees separating the lots giving you the feeling of privacy and the employees eager to serve....

After reading several not-so-flattering reviews, we decided to stay the course and try this place anyhow - mainly because we were travelling with another couple on a budget and renting an RV for the night made good sense. We prepared ourselves to be dealing with grumpy staff, having to be hunkered down and silent by 11pm, and possibly having our...

The campground may be nice, but beware the no cancellation policy and miserly owner. Unexpected engine trouble forced us to have our motorhome towed and left us stranded the day before we were supposed to arrive at the campground. On top of the towing charge, the $1,100 garage charge, and the extra hotel expenses, this campground still charged us a...

We are a family with 2 kids desperately seeking wifi, so when this place advertised wifi it meet the standard. After traveling from campground to campground offering free wifi we were surprised this place charges $7 for it. But wait, here's the kicker....... It's per device...... That's right, security code only works for 1 device. We have 4 devices, we...

Very nice trailer that we rented, clean comfortable and very affordable. Large deck with bbq and firepit. Beautiful beach, mini putt and pool tables added to our activities as well. On our last night their was a beautiful display of fireworks put on that topped off our stay! Friendly staff and attended to all our needs and questions. Will definetly...

Called to see if they have any spots for tents but person who answered was rude. When we arrived they person, who I assume is the same as the person that answered was not friendly or that helpful. He seemed annoyed that we wanted a place to stay and was very brash. The bathroom stall doors were very short so...

Apparently the tent sites were full up and we got the last one, but there seemed to be tonnes of space around us. Decent number of toilets and showers (6 and 4 for women) so didn't have to line up as seems to be the norm at other camp sites. Free showers (not coin operated). Layout of the campsite is...

We were there for 2 nights - site 34 - you need to grease your hips to get into these sites because they are so tight - you need to park properly and stagger to the trailer beside you in order to open your slide! The. Beach is a few min walk - very large beach - campground has all...

I made a reservation through tourism Nova Scotia to Plage St-Pierre Beach Campground in Cheticamp yesterday. Unfortunately something came up and I had to cancel. I was not told by the lady I spoke with that there would be a one night charge for a cancellation. When I spoke to the man at the campsite trying to get the name...
