Spent a couple of nights with my parents. To summarise, we had a fantastic time and so did everyone we spoke to that stayed there. We are planning to return as soon as possible. The staff are 5 Star - over the top service and will help in any way they can. Fantastic people including the owner.operator who couldn't do...

Tuckamore offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Staying here is like coming home to a close family who just happen to live in one of the most beautiful and peaceful places on earth. We returned for a night recently and were pleased that it was just as good as we remembered. There's a casual atmosphere but, at the same time, every need...

Stayed 3 nights at Tuckamore (was only meant to be 2, but were unable to get to Quirpon!) Lovely ensuite room, and a huge lounge and dining room to enjoy with other guests. Barb and all her staff were exceedingly kind and helpful and the views from verandah of the lake were magical. Dinners and breakfasts were home cooking at...

We spent a few days at the lodge, which is beautifully located at a lake. The rooms are spacious and cosy. It is a home away from home and the food is excellent. Peggy & Sheila create truly outstanding meals for the various guests and also cater for the individual taste buds :)... no way to far and always smiling....

We were new to the B&B scene when we started our holiday. By the time we got to this one we appreciated how excellent it was, although it is set up like a lodge. Food was amazing. Scenery was amazing.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in a spacious room and enjoyed two great evening meals, taken at the communal table in the cavernous dining room. Much better than a table for two. Barb Genge and her crew are great. What a pleasure it was to stay at the inn. We had the best whale watching tour of...

It is located in the middle of nowhere by a lake in the middle of a forest. The location is very beautiful. The lodge bulding is very well decorated with mounted trophies on the wall and a comfortable sitting room. The food was well made, and should be for the nearest restaurant has to be at least 50 km away....

We stayed for 3 nights at the Tuckamore Lodge while touring the St Anthony and L'Anse Aux Meadows areas. We thought a hunting and fishing lodge might be an interesting change from the B&B circuit. The lodge is about an hour drive from the L'Anse and fairly remote from everything else so be aware that you'll need to drive to...

What an amazing place. Peaceful relaxing and unbelievable. I can't say enough good about this beautiful lodge. For the fisherman and hunter it is paradise. They will aranger evrything from fishing license to guides, hunting licenses and tags to guides, pack lunch baskets for the all day fishing or hunting anyway you want it. And the meals were something to...

Just does not get any better than this... the ocean, ice burgs, salmon fishing, great food all with peace and quite in luxury. This was our forth trip to Tuckamore, this time we took our Son, daughter-in-law and their six month old baby... Priceless.
