We stayed for three days, August 19-22 and were very pleased with everything that was offered by Lynn and George. Room was great, meals, both breakfast and dinner were wonderfull. Lynn is a great cook, george has a great knowledge of the area, taking time to go over maps to make our day trips more eventfull. Would recommend this bed...

We stayed for 2 nights with George and Lynn. They were the perfect hosts! Lynn's cooking is fantastic, the best meals we had on the whole trip! So much attention to detail, with homemade honeys and jams for breakfast and the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever tasted for dessert in the evening :) George is a fantastic story teller...

We stayed one night at Harbour Grace. George and Lynn are from NFLD, lived in Toronto for 20 years and went back to NFLD to enjoy life. They have a lovely Victorian B&B. The best part about it is Lynn's gourmet cooking. Book ahead for a wonderful dinner. Otherwise, there is nothing around other than pub food. George is very...

My husband and I stayed at the Rothesay house for one night and felt at home from the moment we stepped through the door. After a long drive we were greeted with a warm welcome. Everything was perfect! We loved Lynn's delicious homemade scones that we ate in the afternoon, the fine dining that we had in the evening, the...

Beautiful heritage home with friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Good location. Breakfast was delicious. George went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We would return if staying in the area again.

My wife & I found Rothesay to be a lovely B&B. Our hosts, George & Lynn, were very welcoming. George is quick with a joke or a piece of local travel advice, and Lynn prepares a great meal, complete with her homemade baking and preserves. We left stuffed with good food & fresh places to explore!

We spent one night at Rothesay House and enjoyed it very much. Our room was very clean and quaint, with an en suite bathroom and a view of the ocean. The hosts were welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for our drive back to St. John's along the coast (we were able to visit a nice little town named Brigus...

Rothesay House is a beautiful house with an interesting history and is perfect for a B&B. Our room was lovely, had a wonderful view of the flower gardens and was perfect in decor and comfort. Lynn and George were perfect hosts, making us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. George eagerly shared his stories of the house and...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful historic house, hosted wonderfully by George and Lynn and Maggie, their sweetheart dog. Breakfasts were terrific, including Lynn's amazing freshly baked muffins and scones, as was our 3-course dinner by Lynn, a real treat. Our room (Rose of Torrage) had a great view of the water and was very comfortable. We met...

Wayne and I recently stayed for 3 nights (were there with Wanda S of another review) and loved the whole experience. Right across from the bay a little way from town center, this lovely Victorian home was moved, rebuilt, and fashioned for a B & B. George and Lynn are superior hosts full of historic tales of local pirates, politics,...
