This place was difficult to find because the sign had been removed and it was only when I asked the front desk that they told me I was at the right place. Problems included cigarette holes in the sheets and blanket, noise from the downstairs restaurant into the night, cigarette smoke-filled lobby, TV remote didn't work. This being said, staff were nice... More

I stayed here for one night and had a great stay. It is a small and basic hotel, but has everything you need. The bed was comfy, AC/heat works, great big bathroom and shower, TV, wifi. There is also a restaurant called Jungle Jims attached to the hotel, so it's nice to be able to pop on by for some... More

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite clean. The shower pressure was good. The receptionist was super friendly - she not only helped us with questions we had while we stayed there, she also assisted us in finding accommodations for the following night since they were all booked up. The hotel is located right in town... More

This is a decent hotel in Deer Lake although there are not many to choose from to begin with! I would not recommend eating in the attached Jungle Jim's restaurant as it was overpriced for what you received. The rooms were very clean and it appeared that portions of the rooms had been recently renovated, including the bathroom. If you... More

Stayed one night in a room facing the back car park. Two double beds. Small but adequate bathroom. Only downside no air conditioning but there was a fan. Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. There is no lift so check you are on the ground floor if stairs are a problem for you. Fridge in room.

There are no shuttle buses to the airport and our taxi cost us $10.00 for two people. For some reason the driver charged us $5.00 per person for the four of us rather than the $10.00 it should have cost for our 2am ride from the airport. Arriving we were greeted by a tired check in clerk and informed that... More

The room was clean and quiet. Internet was good. We liked the fact that there was a restaurant downstairs. Smokers were on the main floor so we had to climb stairs to get to the non smoking on the second floor. Being a senior I don't think this would be my first choice next time but otherwise it was good... More

Stayed here for one night whilst passing through. The whole area books up very quickly so this was a last resort. Room very small (26) but bed was comfy and TV signal was good as was wifi. Asked if I could check out a bit later due to flight connections, was willing to pay, but could only get 1 hour... More

We spent 1 night while waiting for our flight the next day. Great location near the airport. We arrived around 6pm and the night-shift front desk lady was very friendly and helpful as we chatted. She printed out our boarding passes for us. The rooms are of an adequate size for an 'overnighter' for a couple, very clean and comfortable... More
