A great B & B to get away, to stay close to Shawnigan school. Peaceful, clean rooms in a large home filled with antiques and great entertaining owner. A wholesome breakfast is served in the morning at a reasonable price.

Such a beautiful spot! Amazing hostess and the breakfasts were spectacular. We were very disappointed to find out that they won't be open much longer as they are moving. Go while you can!!!! Extremely comfortable king bed in the Moose Lodge room.

This B&B is a little slice of heaven. We visit Shawnagain on a regular basis as our children go to school in the area. The location is wonderful and the accommodations clean and top quality. The breakfast was to die for. First Class!!!!!!!!! We will be back.

One choice can make an entire vacation and for us that choice was to stay at the Dragonfly Dock B & B. We had planned to stay in the city of Victoria but the recommended B & B was full. So in searching on line we found Dragonfly and decided to stay 30 minutes outside of Victoria and have a...

What a treat to enjoy a weekend away from the city at bucolic Dragonfly Dock B&B, on the shore of beautiful Shawnigan Lake. The house is stunning, with views onto the Lake and a short walk down to the dock. Our room (Fishing Hole) was super cosy and the bed very comfortable. We had no issues sharing a bathroom, which...

Della and Kevin, the generous and thoughtful hosts of a beautiful bed and breakfast on Lake Shawnigan, could not have done more for us during our short stay last summer. Not only did they provide a clean, comfortable, well decorated room with a separate entrance and plenty of privacy, a three--or was it four--course breakfast with fabulous homemade pastries, omelets,...

We stayed here with our one year old on our last night on Vancouver Island and it was superior in every way to many 5* 'luxury' hotels we've stayed in. Shortly after we arrived, there was a power cut on Shawnigan Lake due to a storm. The owners were amazing as they rallied round with torches and candles; to be...

It is very nice to hear from you. You have a great family, and with such a cheerful little girl, I felt that I was getting a treat from your trip. We are glad that we could make your stay enjoyable despite the power issues. Come back any time!

I own and run a similar business, so I know a great hostess and a great establishment when I come across one - and Della and Dragonfly Dock B&B are exactly that ... GREAT!! I would not hesitate to return, nor to recommend to others - the food was amazing, the location is beautiful and the quality of sleep was...

We are glad that you had such a great visit! It was a pleasure to meet your family, and to have such a spirited pool game in the guest lounge. We always enjoy having guests take advantage of everything there is to offer here to make the most of their stay! We look forward to seeing you again.

We called late in the afternoon, while in the area, and we were told we could only get one night. When we arrived we were so taken by the home and the gracious hosts, when we were offered 3 more nights we didn't hesitate. Such a beautiful home overlooking Lake Shawnigan, the Trans Canada Trail out the back door and...

One of the greatest joys of owning a B&B is that we make new friends every day, and we feel we were very fortunate to have you stay with us. I am glad that you did stop by and we could make it all work for you. We hope you will stop by again!

We stayed the first weekend in July. My husband was very upset when he learned of our plans. By the time we left he was raving about how spoiled he felt. The home is spotless, comfortable and beautiful. The bedrooms are in a private quiet area with views of lake. Beautiful grounds with lots of places to relax. Dock with...
