We had various appointments on the Island spanning from Saturday in Nanaimo to Courtenay on Monday & Tuesday. Previously one was in Comox so we had booked across from the hospital for my appointment. Due to storms and no ferries running I couldn't attend in Comox. A few phone calls and new appointments were made. All three within the days...

New carpet and new bedding with continental breakfast included in the only motel in Comox. Front desk was helpful about local sites and lending a phone charger. I felt lucky to stay here at this price. Central to marina and hospital and yet quiet.

We were so pleased by the large size of our room and the amount of amenities in our room. It had everything that we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The young girl at the reception desk on check-in was extremely pleasant and gave us a room without stairs for ease of access given my restricted mobility at...

I do not recommend this inn. I stayed in a non-smoking room. Ash trays placed outside of almost every room meant that smoke drifted in and people smoking outside were noisy. When I complained to the manager, he shouted at me and told me to leave the inn even though it was about 9:30 pm, a long weekend and I...

The room was quiet. It including microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and excellent TV watching. On the down side, the tub stopper in room 404 (2nd on right) did not hold the water in the tub, hotellier said they'd have it fixed... having a bath is a most important feature when on long road trips, gotta relax those sore muscles....

We appreciate your kind words. The tub issue was resolved immediately. Without your input; an issue such as this is not easily detected. If any problems occur during any stay, always let the Front Desk know immediately, most problems can be a simple fix. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

The hotel is an older one and only has some basic things in the room. The room was very cold when I arrived. Heat had been turned off for the day and this was December. The small heater took hours for the room to get comfortable. The room was clean except I noticed in the bathroom there was mold on...

We are a family of 6 going to Mount Washington and decided to stay here for 2 days. Although the rooms were clean, it was very noisy if you stay on the main floor. We could hear the cars passing by, the neighbors flushing, walking around, talking... the breakfast room was super tiny... not what we expected at all! Sorry,...

This is the 2nd time I've been here. It's somewhat close to the Comox Airport and near the town center. But the facilities are sad. I'm freezing even though the small wall heater is trying hard. This may be a cold snap for Comox, but hey, it's not even winter (early December). Other than that, the room is ok, has...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and would stay here again. It was pretty good bang for your buck. It is an older hotel and even tho our room was supposed to be renovated, it could use a refresh. Still a but out dated. Staff was friendly, breakfast was typical of cereal, boiled eggs, toast, yoghurt, granola, coffee,...

We booked the king loft room which was a nice big room above the office. No view to speak of and the windows could use a bath so we left the curtains closed. The hotel is located a good walking distance to downtown and we chose to walk to our favourite spot in town for dinner but there is a...
