This is not the Ritz in downtown New York, but a friendly different kind of place in a ski resort. The rooms are all unique - I don't think any two are the same. All are clean and neat even if a little old. Location is across the road from a fabulous chocolate store, and within easy walking distance of...

I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was evident that the place was short-staffed for the volume of clients this weekend, but the couple who own/manage the facility pretty much ruined my vacation. It all started when my boyfriend and I wanted to book a getaway family ski vacation for 6. He managed to find a great deal...

Yes, the hotel was fully booked over the BC Family Weekend and we experienced a temporary maintenance issues with the loft suite you rented. We briefly accommodated you in another room until the Loft Suite was in the condition to rent. For that inconvenience we waived a number of Sundry Charges and even offered you a refund in case we...

The facility is OK but in need of improvements an upgrade to some of the furniture and some maintenance is required. The chesterfields are uncomfortable as many sag and are worn out.. Its location within Sun Peaks is very good as it in the main part of the original village and close to the ski lifts, retail and restaurants. The...

First, the booking experience with Manfred over the phone was terrible. Over the phone I was told there was a 15$ charge if I wanted to cancel within 7 days. Called to cancel and was told he never told me that was an option as he laughed at me. Reason I booked here was to get something as we were...

My family have been staying at the Heffley for years. The location is fantastic, the rooms are always in great shape, and the atmosphere is most welcoming. Staffing is lean, which accounts for some of the comments but this is a destination hotel and if you let them know when you are coming they are there.

Thank you for your review, which reflects what our management is trying to achieve. And finally a review from a guest who actually stayed at the Heffley Boutique Inn. Many of our negative reviews are from disgruntled employees and do not reflect the quality we offer. Thank you very much and we do look forward to hosting you again. Manfred,...

Traveller must stay away. This place should be condemned and not allowed to operate. Three best words to describe this place Aweful, Aweful, Ridiculously Aweful! When we arrived at 7:07 pm it was very cold outside, it took 30 minutes to check in after repeat calls with the phone on the check in desk to located a person. No one...

Our room was very spacy and clean. We were very heartily welcomed by the manager Manfred who kept us informed about what was going on in Sun Peaks. We will definitely come back soon. It was the first time in Sun Peaks. You could see that the place is also a very good choice in the winter. I am a...

I'd rather stay at the hostel. They want to charge you for everything, ice, wi-fi. No vending machines. No ice machines. Half the time there was no one at the front desk. Mattresses were from my college leftovers 24 yrs ago. Brutal, brutal , brutal. Awful

Went there in the shoulder season. No heat first off. There was no staff so nobody was able to help. The room looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the 80s. And the bed might have been good for Fred Flintstone but I would have like something that was softer and not convex.

First, let me premise this by saying we picked this hotel through Interval time share and is the only time share available through Interval. Second, May to mid June is between the winter and summer high seasons. Unlike Whistler’s “slow” season during these months, Sun Peaks is pretty much near a ghost town. Unless you’re an addicted to golf, one...
