Where should I start.....? We booked our room at least 2-3 months in advance. We ended up with the noises room in the place. Road noise, village noise and noise from the room above us from the squeakers floor in the world. The front desk clerk is very short and cold with minor questions and requests and doesn't emit that...

Booked a room for two nights for myself and two kids. Paid the extra person fee, and room was never cleaned, towels refreshed, or garbage collected. Spa was also closed for repair. When I mentioned that I was disappointed to pay the extra fee for such poor service the desk clerk offered to refund the extra charge fee. I appreciated...

We had a giant room with a king size bed, a kitchen, and a huge bathroom. The room was clean, but in need of some refurbishment. Helpful staff who made it so we could park outside for free. VERY quiet (as in not too much was open) in May. Even the hotel hot tub wasn't open, which was disappointing. Wifi...

My wife and I stayed at Heffley Boutique Inn in May. It was off season during our stay but didn't understand how quiet the resort area would be. Hiking trails were closed, most restaurants were closed, and there was nothing really to do. I don't recommend going during off season. Although it was nice to get some peace and quiet...

We spent a couple of nights at this delightful small hotel in Sun Peaks Resort. The owners are most attentive to guests; needs, and were extremely helpful in advising of walks in the resort, places to go etc. Most enjoyable time, and we hope we can return one day. The rooms are very spacious, and the king size bed very...

Let's face it, your interest in the Heffley is likely motivated by price. Our three stays here in the past two years certainly were. And on this score, the hotel doesn't disappoint: it's great value for the money, assuming you are taking advantage of an offer through Social Shopper, or a similar provider. Our most recent stay cost us CAN$79/night...

We have been coming here for more than ten years. It's not a "full service" hotel but it is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location. Where else would you see the owner picking up trash on the street outside his hotel.

The hotel is nice on the outside, looks like everything else in the little village. Great location. Inside is a bit older, but clean. It seems as if they may have misrepresented themselves to Socialshopper, as they also let me know when I booked that there was no kitchenette in the room I was to have, and only a coffee...

This hotel is in the middle of the village and has easy access to all the facilities in Sun Peaks. From here all you need to do is strap on your skis and off you go to the chairlift. We stayed in a two queen suite that had a small kitchenette that included a small fridge, microwave, two stone burner,...

This is not the Ritz in downtown New York, but a friendly different kind of place in a ski resort. The rooms are all unique - I don't think any two are the same. All are clean and neat even if a little old. Location is across the road from a fabulous chocolate store, and within easy walking distance of...
