Hotel is easy to find with friendly reception staff. Our room was large with all the usual amenities and also a kitchen. Wifi is provided. The hotel is right in the resort and so is close to everything and if you get there in time there is free parking in the public car park. Good on site restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! The location is perfect and close to everything. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating but the room was clean and had everything we needed and free Wi-Fi. Nice to have a little kitchen. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Will come back here for sure.

We stayed here for one night whilst traveling between Whistler and Jasper due to the long drive. We found it acceptable. The room and bathroom were clean but the hotel is very very dated. There was free parking next to the hotel. Wouldn't stay here again, one night was enough.

on entering the hotel it felt dirty & very uninviting. On seeing the room I was allocated I immediately went to reception & asked to have another room. This was done immediately. The next room was acceptable as a 2 star rating. The bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. This hotel also allowes DOGS to stay in certain rooms which I...

Hello Christine F, Thank you for your review. I'm quite surprised and disappointed with some of the comments regarding the state of the hotel and your room. Yes, we allow pets, and I truly hope that you informed the front desk of the barking so that we could address the issue rather than have it continue. I'm also surprised to...

It's a long drive from Jasper to Whistler without an overnight stop and our Travel Agent had booked us in here. We got checked in quickly and got to our rooms which were clean and comfortable. Other reviews have mentioned the bar/pub that is attached to one end of the hotel. We had no noise issues from this but the...

Hello SussexmeetsYorkshire, Thank you for your review. I'm happy to see that you enjoyed your stay with us, and that you got to see some of our wildlife! The resort does get quiet in the shoulder season - great for some rest and relaxation. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to see...

We came to this hotel because it was pet friendly and we wanted to bring our puppy. We came during the week while it was very quiet. The exterior of the hotel was sweet and cozy, as was the lobby. There is a bar connected to the hotel (be aware of this when you are booking!!), and a few coffee...

Stayed over one night. It was the Monday of the labour day weekend. As expected the hotel, but for a bus load or two, was quite empty. My son and I were to play golf in the morning so needed a relatively inexpensive place to stay. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. We were given a forth floor room overlooking...

Going from Jasper to Whistler requires a break in the Kamloops area. The trip up to the cooler mountain resort of Sun Peaks gives the opportunity to stay in a spacious, well equipped room, with kitchenette, at the Coast Sundance Lodge. Best nights sleep yet in Canada (the comfortable bed or the Ale in the bar/restaurant?)

We visited this little outdated hotel in September. Sun Peaks is not booming at that time, little people, shops and restaurants often closed. Hotel was not really clean, bed were soft and terrible, receptionlady was on the phone for 10 minutes as we wanted to check out.
