Great hotel very clean and friendly staff has everything you need in the hotel it self so you never have to go outside on a lousy day. Never tried the hotel restaurant but heard good reviews about it. We made the mistake of going into the Don Cherrys attached to it and were not impressed. I try to stay away...

They messed up my reservation, I booked a kitchen unit the next day the front desk didn't get the notice from the shift the day before. When they did figure it out they still made me wait until 3pm to move me into a proper room. The restaurant closes early in the afternoon then reopens for dinner. They skipped making...

not too many places to stay in smithers, but the huddy is the best. really good food in both bars and restaurants, and the rooms are above what you would expect. the staff in the bar could use some customer service reminders, but overall the hotel is good.

Stayed 3 nights in this clean hotel. The beds were comfortable. It is in the process of being updated so the base boards were missing in our room. I heard no noise from the renovations as these were being done during the day when we were out. Nice restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very pleasant. Only downside was...

Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable beds. What else does one need? The location is not downtown, but off the highway and only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The restaurant looked good, but we chose to visit one of the many good ones in town.

Great helpful and professional staff, they all provided the a high degree of service. Pleasant front desk and shuttle, prompt service and they care. Clean rooms and great food. The hotel is situated close to walking distance to down town and the Don Cherry's restaurant as well as the dining lounge had a good assortment and fresh food.

I asked for a quiet room since I had an early Sunday morning start. They put me on the opposite side of the building from the pub which had a 200 people fundraiser that night. I didn't hear a thing. .. and the Tuna steak was awesome too.

Clean, Quiet, Affordable. Good for Buisness travels and Stay. No Noise at nights which is a must for me, rooms were always clean and tidy when I came back from work. Hotel workers were friendly, Will be back when I have work outings in and around the Smither's area.

Just don't bother, rooms are cheap and extremely loud. the hotel staff is rude and doesn't care about your stay. the restaurant was okay but there is better places in town to eat. I would try one of the other hotels.
