Must admit it was a perfect location and the large room had two queen beds which was great. Very spacious. However, the duvet covers were very tired looking and the towels were just ok. Not great. The "free" shampoo/conditioner container was empty, as was the dishwashing liquid. Glad we didn't have dishes to do otherwise we would have had no...

If your hiking the west coast trail, end here!! Hot tub, beer, large rooms, space to dry out your gear. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Try the fishing, you will have a blast. Very informative owners, the website has its issues, but its not really required. Call and book.

The suite with 2 queen beds in the main building was a good choice. Clean and comfortable. Good heating which is important for winter a visit. Good kitchen with everything you need to prepare the food you bring, including both a tea kettle and coffee maker. Comfortable beds. And it has a gift shop with a broad selection!

Our trip of 8 fishermen in 2016 was very successful. We were a bit less on the salmon side which was more than offset by landing several large halibut. our group have been going for many years (our.first trip had us fishing on 9/11) Every year we bring home about 50 lbs. of portioned and fast frozen fish. Trailhead have...

Recently completed my 3rd trip with Trailhead and already signed up for a 4th. The fishing is killer, the captains work their tails off and Peter & Connie treat you like family. It's an excellent opportunity to get away from it all, enjoy the well kept cabins in the woods and bring home some delicious wild caught fish! Make sure...

Some may feel that if you spend time in Vancouver or Victoria you have experienced the West Coast of Canada. To some degree this is true, However if you really want to immerse yourself in an experience that conveys the true beauty and hospitably of this spectacularly unique corner of the world I would recommend taking the 2 hour dive...

I was a part of a party that rented out 3 boats for a 3 night, 2 day excursion. It was a great time, all boats either limited or came very close both days for halibut & salmon. It was cleat that the boat captains knew what they were doing and consistently put us in the fish. The hospitality and...

I haven't missed a fishing trip w Peter and Connie for the last 13 years; and I don't intend to miss one in the future. There are two constants that keep me coming back each year: First, at other fishing venues , the fishing varies greatly from year to year. At Trailhead we consistently limit out in salmon and halibut....

We have been visiting the trailhead resort for many years as you can't beat the fishing experience accommodations and service. The prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and the fishing staff know your stuff.
