Our room #311 was just one level up from the main entrance. Everything in the room was functional, kitchen fully equipped. Working DW, stove, fridge and necessary dishes and pots and pans. Microwave and coffee maker were there too, but we did not use it....More
First room, took me 21 hours to get maintenance to come, and they determined that the heater was broken, so I got a different room. Which has no heat, either. In December. In BC.
Also closets in a room to sleep 4 have 5 hangers....More
