The picture shown seems to have been mistakenly named as the Victoria Hotel but is in fact the Victoria Palace Hotel, both in Sunny Beach and beach front but some distance apart. The Victoria is both older and smaller than Victoria Palace but I don't think in any way inferior.

On arrival no information regards to locations of the amenities within the hotel. Meals were cold, bland and repetitive, plates were small, full of water and we had to wait for replenishment, often no cups. Eating out was our only option. Dining area dirty, table cloths not changed, tables not laid out. Staff on reception miserable and unhelpful. That went...

Stopped here a couple of years ago before Bulgaria became a tourist country. Was a experience I can tell you the black Sea was very unusual was full of jelly fish which did not bother us. The Royal Victoria hotel lived up to its name very clean and nice rooms. Cleaners was dusting and polishing 24/7 only a stone through...

Probably the worst hotel I have been in quite a few years. It is promoted as a 5 star hotel but the 5 stars are part of its logo, not the quality. I can hardly give it more than 2 star. Everything inside is dirty. The room that was given to my friend wasn't even cleaned and tidied up. For...

This place is Rundown... No toilet seat and black mold all over the bathroom.. The food is very bad.. You'll end up eating at a restaurant... Forget about getting a pool chair!!! The bar sucks!! Bad service... The pictures look really good but when you see in person your disappointed!!!

When we got to this hotel, it was late enough in the day, so we as a family of four, decided to just relax in the hotel and maybe have a drink or two to unwind from travelling. We booked in as B&B only. Went to the in house bar, which was called the "Irish Bar". Good start for an...

I'm right now staying in this very hotel. Felt auqward when already back home was reading different reviews. Here is my advice: Quality/price: Naturally depends how much you payin, are there offers (as in our case -30 %) or not. Averagely all inclusive is not a necessity (some might even hate it), because in Bulgaria prices are lower. Naturally it's...

This hotel is grand, no doubt. Great value for a grand property. Sea view, corner room phenomenal. Decor was a little cheesy, but worth it for the view. Bathroom smelled musty; had to put the floor mat outside. Pool area absolutely phenomenal. Two different pricing guides for drinks: foreigners pay twice as much as Bulgarians. Luckily, we were traveling with...
