I was in the same building where the reception is, I did notice that there was a newish building added to side of hotel about four or five storeys high weather that was the three star part I don't know, I read the reviews after I booked and thought what have I let myself in for because I was an add on to a party of people who had already booked. The holiday was cheap, I was happy with the room I had been given, owner and staff were friendly, I would have said it was three star throughout, people who have had bad experience often blame the hotel for some reason, its a three star not a five star, I was happy with what I got room wise, location was good, bus stop right outside hotel to go to Nessebar old town, main strip is about 5 to 10 min walk with enough bars, shops and restaurants along the way, also if your a smoker he;s got his own tobacco shop in reception, I enjoyed every minuet of my stay and will be going back.
