My truck was stolen from the property and couldn’t do anything to help. There were no cameras covering that part of the parking lot. The room had a ceiling repair that was falling apart also. I think I am done with the Hilton brand of hotels. I had my truck broken into at a Home 2 Suites, stuff stolen off the back of my truck at a Hampton Inn, and now my truck was stolen. The Hilton hotel group did nothing for any of it, not even a free night. For as expensive as they are getting it is not worth it if they aren’t going to do anything to protect the guests property.
Spent the night here on 7-9. The hotel was clean and quiet. The doors to each room had notices on them regarding cleaning and sanitizing efforts. The check in and out process was smooth. We would stay here again when traveling into the area.
I was charged full rate and was informed at check-in that due to COVID, they do not provide housekeeping. If I want fresh towels, I had to go to the front desk to pick up. I've stayed at many hotels this year and housekeeping has been an option. Many hotels offering credits towards your room rate if you decline housekeeping. I guess for Hilton, this is an easy money grab. Also, the staff at this hotel were extremely rude.
We checked in and the front desk staff was slow and overwhelmed with a long line of check ins. The room was just ok and there was a large red stain on the carpet. The parking lot was tight and poorly lit. There weren’t many close or walkable food options. I would avoid and go elsewhere
We have family close by, Hotel is clean, convent and road noise is limited. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Don't get a first floor room unless you have dogs and like doors opening and closing all night. We had a quite night on the 3rd floor.
