This place is really special, and if you like historic buildings and interesting old world architecture spend some time in this inn. It's small and intimate and you will interact with the other guests at breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The location is close to the waterfront, but far enough away from the bars to be pleasant for sleeping and...

The owners are very nice and will cook you an exquisite breakfast each morning! This B&B is within walking distance to many downtown restaurants, historical homes, etc. We rarely used the car. Parking can be an issue since there is a very short driveway (if space permits) and street parking. But otherwise a quiet place, securely locked at all times,...

My husband surprised me with an anniversary/valentine's day weekend getaway to the Graystone Inn. We arrived just as it was getting dark and because the inn is over a hundred years old; initially, it looked and felt a little creepy to me. But once inside, I started to feel more at ease because much to my surprise it did not...

Everything was wonderful. The staff was polite and very helpful. They have a delicious breakfast with some unique teas available. The Inn is full of history, right down to each room. Our gas heaters weren't warm enough overnight, but it was around 35° at night.

Last minute decision to swing through Wilmington. What a lovely town. A bit out of the way but worth it. Graystone is a comfortable old manor. Antiques abound and it feels like home. And easy place to rest our head after a long ride. After seeing Charleston and Savanah, it is clear that his out of the way spot should...

Spent the past weekend at the Graystone Inn. First time staying at a bed and breakfast and we could not have picked a better establishment. Absolute wonderful location in down town Wilmington. Easy walk to dozens of eateries, pubs, and shops. Outstanding staff and great accommodations at the inn. Made to feel at home. Key lime French toast is out...

We recently spent a long weekend in Wilmington for my nephews 1st birthday party. Since our 21st anniversary would fall during the visit, I decided to stay somewhere special. The architecture of the house is lovely and the entrance is spectacular. However the guest rooms, while nice are a bit "tired" and worn. I had selected the Bellamy Jr. Suite....

My partner surprised me with a stay at the Graystone Inn and we were not disappointed! As an Australian, my experience with Bed & Breakfast places was always a small cottage or house, but the Graystone is a very large commanding residence and has a wonderful old-school charm to it. It is located on a relatively busy street but you...

We stayed for a weekend. The Inn is a 19th century mansion located in Wilmington's historic district and within walking distance of the Wilmington Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious! Our chef prepared French toast stuff with cream cheese and topped with a light lime- flavored glaze. The only negative about our stay there was...

liked the location but that was about all. Arrived 9pm so had to call reception staff to open up-not too bad. Room was large but tired. Could hear coughing in room next door throughout the night. Breakfast was substandard-one cereal, very limited fruit selection, had some sort of egg croissant with minimal egg,no toast, and terrible coffee. And yes a vegetarian...
