Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Would have preferred a larger TV. Highly recommend this property. Nice touch that the owner called us to see how we were making out and left us his personal cell number if we needed anything.

The Hotel Tarrymore is first and foremost in an ideal location. The suites are well appointed, comfortable, and charming. The second floor suites with balcony overlooking second street are ideal for evening and morning street watching, relaxing between adventures in town, and cooling off after a trip to the beach. Having a full kitchen is a great perk of any...

I have been traveling to Wilmington quite often in the past few months and the Hotel Tarrymore has become a home away from home. The hotel is located downtown and is just minutes from the airport. It is a huge convenience to be able to park the car and walk from the hotel to some of Wilmington's best restaurants, nightlife,...

I adored this hotel! This was my first stay at this hotel (and trip to Wilmington). My husband and I stayed with another friend in a suite which was very comfortable with plenty of space. I enjoyed how the suite was laid out because my husband and I had our own bedroom with full bathroom and so did our friend...

I recently had a great time at this hotel. Only got to stay for a weekend, but would have loved to stay longer. We had a very easy time parking. Staff was very accommodating and hotel was beautiful. Very nice bar that is stocked with anything you could want. The suite we stayed in had spacious rooms with a nice...

Had a wonderful stay this past weekend at the Hotel Tarrymore. I have been to Wilmington many times but this was my first stay at this hotel. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a perfect location for the restaurants and downtown attractions. We were able to...

I must report that this is the best hotel stay I've ever experienced! The gracious hosts, the outstanding views from the balcony and that "home away from home" feeling abound within these walls. My family and I love this place and make it a point to stay here each and every time we come to downtown Wilmington.

"Girl Weekend", 4 of us, mature women, all over age 50....the hotel itself is lovely...clean, nice furnishings, decently priced, our suite was more than adequate in size and comfort. The woman at the desk who checked us in, took care of us at breakfast and helped us during our stay. She was most helpful and generous...HOWEVER, I don't think we...

Comfortable and relaxing. Very polite and helpful hosts. Ideal range of amenities. Perfect downtown location. Parking is the only problem, but there are numerous public parking lots within 20 yards for $7/day. Not a problem actually considering what you get.

This hotel was great. It was located close to the start of the TriSpan Race, which was the reason for our visit to Wilmington. The facility was clean, the staff was wonderful. However, the parking was a NIGHTMARE. We received a ticket in the 11 minutes it took us to check in and unload. Park in a parking garage, NOT...
