OMG. For this to be called resort and spa is a joke. This place was very rundown. The pool water was green. We only went to play golf thank goodness. Golf course was just as bad. The cafe was closed which was fine I would not have eaten there. We ended up only playing nine holes. There are plenty of...

Oh my gosh what a joke!!! Thank goodness I didn't book to stay here. We just went over for golf. Very old and run down. Pool was green. We didn't even play full 18. Don't know who wrote other reviews.

Golf course was in better than good condition, a few bad spots on the greens. Fairways were great. The restaurant and the area around were terrible. Seems like nobody wanted to clean anything up .Trash overflowing everywhere, bathrooms as bad as some old country gas station stops. Stayed with family, didn't stay at the hotel.

We stayed at Baneberry to visit family nearby. The Villa was the worst place we've ever stayed. Half of the electric outlets did not work. The bathroom sink was clogged, and water sprayed everywhere when trying to use it. Had a kitchen but when I tried to make some breakfast, someone had tried to repair an old skillet and I...

This is a out of the way golf resort now owned by Warrior Golf. Don't let them put you in villa G. they advertise in the villa that there is free wifi, but the wifi does not work and was not working last year when we stayed there either. The course is ok for early season, and the rates were...

Played golf today for $25.00. Fairways in great shape. They were doing some maintenance on a couple of greens but most greens were in good shape. Great place to stay and play golf packages. Bring a group of couples, men or women. You can easily play 36 holes a day if you want. There is also a Bar and Grill.

This is the second year I have gone to Baneberry and I am hooked! Mornings are quiet and scenic...after a round of golf, a dip in the pool, then play again. The grocery store has the best fried chicken I have ever had! Sitting on the deck at night surrounded by a beautiful night sky is the best! We're already...

I played in the East Tennessee Seniors Golf Association Tournament at Baneberry Golf Resort last month. The Golf Course itself was okay, but the "resort" left much to be desired. It was tired and run down so I elected to stay at a local motel.

This property is under new management and we can already see great exciting changes. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The golf course is in great shape. We wish we could have stayed longer because we heard the chef is an artist with food. The view off the back deck to the pond below is breathtaking!

This course is worse than most public courses. Weeds everywhere, and the cart paths are in total disrepair. The clubhouse is shabby and the grounds are bad. We were scouting a place for our couples golf outing, but this place will be eliminated from our search. It's owned by Warrior Golf, you would think they would care about the product.
