My husband and I stayed here in the Krondorf Cottage on the weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. The cottage is lovely and clean and very cosy. The bed and pillows are so comfortable which make for a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast provisions are generous and the freshly baked bread was to die for. We loved meeting Kora the dog who gave us a warm welcome on arrival. As we have stayed here before the owner provided us with a complimentary cheese platter which we thought was a nice touch. The cottages are in a great position close to Tanunda and the wineries, yet the surroundings are so quiet and peaceful. We had a very relaxing weekend and will definitely return.

Our group of friends stayed here last year and were so happy with the accommodation that we rebooked here for 2 nights this year. Well, we were not disappointed. There were still local produce provided with fresh baked bread on our arrival day. Very impressed! As return customer, we got a cheese platter the next day as well! Looking forward to be back next year!

We recently stayed 3 nights in the Krondorf Cottage and had a very relaxing time. The breakfast provisions were wonderful, especially the freshly baked bread. The wood fire heated the cottage beautifully and made for a very cosy wet afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the electric blanket was much appreciated. The only negative was the very low pressure in the shower but the spa bath was a lovely touch. Great hospitality, thank you.

Great position with easy access all around Barossa. Cottage is quaint with everything you need -loved the peaceful surroundings plus roses and lavender bushes outside the door. Our host was so welcoming and helpful - she even baked fresh bread - we had to eat a slice while it was still warm even though we'd had dinner. Breakfast supplies were plentiful and varied - even had mushrooms and home made sauce. Wonderful

Beautiful cottage, excellent location 3 min drive to town. The cottage was catered with food for breakfast (very generous brekky, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, yogurt, fresh bread etc and plenty of it for the length of our stay). Well equipped cottages including a shared laundry area (plus dryer machine, iron & iron table). Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Barossa.

Comfortable accommodation for couples. Our cottage had a spa. The cottage owner also stocked it with local produce, e.g . bacon, eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes. It gives a nice touch to the accommodation.

We booked a cottage as a little luxury for my 30th birthday and it was everything we'd hoped and more! Sandra was warm and welcoming and the places she recommended we visit were spot on. The cottages themselves are perfect, in a beautiful location and include everything you could possibly need. The breakfast, the luxurious bed, the spa and snuggling up near the fire with delicious tawny - what more could you possibly want! Thank you so much Sandra for offering a place that was so wonderful and truly memorable!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barossa Vineyard Cottages for three nights and could not have been happier with our accommodation, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Four of us were travelling together and I was in charge of booking our accommodation. Not having stayed before I was a little nervous with anticipation as to what we would see when we arrived. I booked two cottages side by side, the Bethanie & Krondorf and I am pleased to say that what you view on the web site is exactly how well presented, comfortable and inviting the accommodation and property is. From the time we were greeted by Sandra we knew we were going to be in good hands, especially when we saw her walk through the garden with warm bread she had just baked. Sandra is an amazing host, warm, hospitable and genuine, making us all feel very welcome, and offered some terrific suggestions to help us explore the beautiful region. The delicious breakfast provisions were really generous and more than we could use, being a great way to showcase some of the Barossa’s best fresh local produce. The cosy living space and well-proportioned bedroom and bathroom allows you to enjoy all the comforts of home, with the beautiful surrounds both inside and out, giving an immediate sense of tranquillity and relaxation. The location is perfect, far enough away to allow for peaceful sleeps, and close enough that you can be at amazing cellar doors and the centre of town in minutes. On this trip we stayed for three nights, any less and you will be kicking yourselves for not booking longer. We know we will be back to visit Sandra again, only next time we definitely plan to linger a little longer. (Linda W)

The pleasure was mine, Linda. I enjoyed meeting you, Mike and your parents and having a laugh! It was a shame it was cold but you were able to enjoy the fire and the red wine. I am looking forward to your next visit!
