We stayed in both Amy's House 1 & 2 in late March 2017. They are attached cottages joined together & clad in colorbond corrugated steel, a fact that doesn't detract at all from the charming & historic nature of the town. Auburn is about 24 kilometres south of Clare & less than an hours drive further south to the Barossa...

We stayed for two nights in the one bedroom cottage and loved it. Everything we needed was supplied and in good condition. Arrived in 42 degree heat and air conditioning had been left on for us. Thank you, we will return.

This garden-girt cottage just off the main street of Auburn gave us three nights of warm accommodation during a chill end of winter. - our longer stay earned an upgrade in styling! All provided, the pub meals and the bike hire Cogwheels just across the rivulet were astounding too!

Our stay in Amy's House 1 was wonderful. Set in a lovely quiet street in Auburn, we sat outside on the first afternoon and opened the nice bottle of wine and enjoyed the cheese platter. Inside the cozy fire was a great comfort to the chilly nights we had. The cottage was very clean and well equipped, very comfortable, Breakfast...

We spent 3 nights at Amy's House 1, while the bedroom and ensuite were clean and comfortable, the housekeeping in the lounge and kitchen left a lot to be desired. When booking I didn't pickup and the fact it was "pet friendly" which may have prompted me to check/look further, if accommodation is to be "Pet Friendly" surely you would...

We had a great time during our stay. The cottage was very clean, is comfortable & well equipped. Breakfast provisions were generous. We enjoyed the cheese platter with a glass of wine & found the fire warm enough to heat the whole cottage. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in Amys 2 for 3 nights and found the size of the place to be very good, there was a nice size lounge dining area and while the kitchen was a little small it was functional. The property could do with a little TLC as it is getting on a bit in some areas and the yards need...

Hi Karen. Thank you for your review. I'm so glad you enjoyed yourself. Must apologise about the yard. We had a series of wild weather around the time of your stay and it was a bit hard to keep on top of the autumn leaves and tree debris at times. Hope to see you again sometime.

Needed a place in Auburn for a few days while attending a workshop there and decided to try a B&B this time. Chose Amy's because it was a short walk from the main street and workshop venue - that meant I would be able to have a quiet and relaxing stay. Booked on line and organised to arrive mid afternoon....

Great place to stay! Immaculately clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds & leather lounge furniture and generous breakfast provisions. This lovely cottage is also conveniently located to the Auburn township and within walking distance of a local winery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
