Spur of the moment trip out to 1770 and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Great value, quite location with cabins scattered throughout the bush setting. Must say the bed was a little soft but cabins were clean and comfortable

Stayed here as a member of a motor bike club. Great staff, and the cabins are good, as are the facilities such as the bbq area etc. Good location, close to everything. What let the place down was that there was no walkways into the cabins at all, and really no parking for each cabin . It rained whilst we...

We stayed here for a couple of weeks recently and had a great experience. The Holiday village is one of the best Parks we have ever stayed in. The amenities are beautiful and clean. Park staff are super friendly and the managers were lovely and very helpful in making our experience there memorable and very enjoyable. The Park grounds are...

The park is quite nice, although the amenities are filthy and not cleaned regularly especially on weekends. The most disappointing fact however was the managers, they are very rude arrogant and condescending, definitely not suited to this industry. The park is NOT child friendly at all with nothing to amuse them and no facility to bathe them, the general shower...

Hi, We are sad to see you did not enjoy your time with us. Unfortunately when we receive many complaints about your violation of our dog policy we must address the situation. We do this to ensure all our guests can enjoy our beautiful bush setting caravan park. When the rules are continuously ignored it is our job to solve...

We stayed here looking for a nice getaway about a month ago. Upon arrival we were met with an extremely unkempt area and the staff were extremely rude and snappy, I have looked in other one star reviews and as you can see from the vindictive way these people reply they OBVIOUSLY shouldn't be in the customer service industry. We...

We are saddened that you have decided to compare us to the previous 1 star reviews that were before our time managing the park. If you would read the previous reviews to yours you would see we do try our best to give the best customer service possible. Unfortunately when there is a recurring disregard for our noise policy and...

Really welcoming spotlessly clean holiday park. Super helpful staff and was able to film many species of birds and monitor lizards walking around the place! We wanted to go offshore fishing from the area and the staff linked us up with James Cook Fishing Charters - 1770. Had a great day offshore fishing - great value and the park were...

Great Caravan park situated in a bushland setting. Staff are very helpful. A beautiful walk to the beach on a bush track. Stroll along and look at the bush and listen to the birds. Once you arrive at the beach either sit and relax or take a stroll along the beach. Amenities are very clean. A great place to stay

What could have been a nightmare trip for us turned into that feeling that something always happen for a reason. After our plot was non existant upon arrival at another caravan park (although booked), my husband called tanya at captain cook who told us to come over immediately and choose a spot. Which we did. Tanya and her husband were...

We arrived before checkin time and were allowed straight to our cabin to settle in. The reception staff were very friendly and told us of all the activities they had arranged for the long weekend which included movies on the big screen in the park, easter egg hunt for the kids on Saturday morning as well as free face painting...

We had a very nice night in this holiday village! The area of 1770 / Agnes Water is really worth a visit. The Bungalow was clean and well equipped! But be aware of all the little animals that live in and around this park :-)
