The positives: - great location in town - clean (enough) amenities, though probably should be cleaned twice Per day during peak periods - swimming pool was lovely - use of the little tractor to help you in and out of sites The negatives: - we weren't told that we had to be in before 5pm to be helped in to...

We stayed for six nights and the place was lovely – right beside the pool/toilets/camp kitchen. It’s about 100m from the beach and close to shops also but still fairly quiet (in the middle of school holidays). There lots to do in this area and all sorts of family friendly activities. The pool and beach made our kids happy and...

2nd visit. The atmosphere is family first. Safe, clean, premium location. Day trip Fraser or surf Double Is. You choose. Local tropical fruit is delicious. The water is tropical and safe. Everyone round here is so relaxed.

Stayed here for three nights in a rented camper van. Pitches were on top of each other loads of cars, screaming kids until 10pm. Only 5 female showers for the whole site of which two flooded so you couldn't get dry afterwards the other three the roof was collapsing and light hanging off (health & safety hazard) very over priced...

Horrible customer service! We arrived this morning 1st December with an Apollo campervan and I mentioned the lady in reception that we had a 10% discount with Apollo in Top caravan parks. She asked me for the tag in my keys but we didn't have it and in the van says Apollo quite clear. She knew about the partnership between...

Stayed at rainbow Beach holiday park the service was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom cabin. Perfectly clean and maintained. Just park the car and walk to beach, restaurants, hotel and parks. Will definitely stay there again.

From check in we found all if the staff to be either rude or indifferent. We selected a site but were told we had been moved. We wanted to upgrade to a water view site but was told camper trailers were not allowed there. We do not have a traditional camper, they had to look this up on the computer...

Rainbow Beach Holiday Village is located at 13 Rainbow Beach Road, right in the little town overlooking the beach and ocean. There were powered and unpowered sites with concrete slabs, cabins, villas, sealed roads, nice amenities, a camp kitchen, a laundry of course, pool, free BBQ’s, Wi-Fi and a security boom gate. And for a hassle free arrival they have...
