Had a lovely one-night stay in this great little B&B. We had a beautiful room with balcony and view to the bay. The décor in the room was very nice, comfy bed and the bathroom was luxurious with a big walk-in shower, heat lamp and massive bath (two adults can fit in the bath at once). We arrived on a...

Thank you Rosa. I can believe we had rain during the night then breakfast on the deck the following morning. Looking forward to the season changing and breakfasts on the deck again. Making jam does keep us busy, we are lucky to have hunter, gatherer, friends who share. The scenery is fabulous and so easily accessible around Eden. The views...

After a long day of driving on the road, my aunt and I reached Snug Cove Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were so nice, they showed us our room and told us about some places where we could get food. The room was very neat and organized. I loved the view of the bay from our room. The bed was...

My partner and I had stayed at Snug Cove recently on our way through to Port Stephens. We were certainly impressed greatly! We stayed in the Captain's Room, which is well equipped, comfortable, very well maintained and had wonderful amenities. The house is dotted with fantastic seaside/beachside memorabilia, and is warm, inviting and cosy. The views from the room and...

Yes Eden is lovely and the view from our place is great. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay so much. Imagine what the slope on the block was like before we levelled off for the parking. It looks worse than it is, just needs practice. Another night and you would have nailed it.

Perfect, not the easiest to find but very welcoming hosts, walked down to the harbour evening meal, we needed to get a taxi back as very dark and didn't take a torch, path back fairly rough so wouldn't have risked it. Lovely comfy room, cosy communal lounge with fridge. Balcony to watch the sun rise & cruise ship ferrying people...

Thank you for your review. We do try and use home grown where possible. The path is getting worse unfortunately. So good having a short cut but as you say it is tricky at night. Apart from that, the wharf area is worth the walk in daylight hours. Pleased you took the taxi rather than taking the risk walking in...

My wife and I recently stayed at Snug Cove B&B on our way back from Melbourne everything was very professionally done from the warm welcome to the sundowner drink later in the day. The room was well appointed (The Captain's Room) and the ensuite bathroom was more than adequate. Unfortunately, the weather was not great so we were not able...

Winter is not conducive to breakfasts or evening drinks on the deck. Such a shame. Still the views are great anytime of the year. We are delighted you were comfortable in your room and enjoyed your stay.

I can't recommend this place enough. Eric and Jennifer were more than hospitable - they were like family welcoming me home after a long exhausting day. I arrived in the dark and cold, they gave me a glass of wine and a little plate of nibbles, showed me to my room, got the heaters going for me, sat me in...

We stayed here just one night in mid-March (wish it had been longer) on our way up the coast from Melbourne to Sydney. Undoubtedly the best B & B we've ever stayed in - beautiful room with a private balcony (breath-taking views over the harbour and bay), seriously comfortable bed, and a gently eccentric décor. Jennifer and Eric were just...

Can't wait for the whales to come. Imagine how much you would have liked seeing whales from the balcony. You are so positive about Snug Cove B&B, we love that. Thank you.

What a great place for a stopover on our way up the Sapphire Coast. Everything, from the warm welcome (and a glass of wine) on our arrival, our cosy room overlooking the water, to our more than ample home-cooked breakfast, confirmed our preference for staying at smaller, owner-operated properties. The service from our hosts, Jen and Eric, was friendly, personal...

We stayed here over Easter having invited some friends from NZ to join us. Jennifer and Eric did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Jennifer arranged bookings for dinner for each of our three nights at different venues in Eden. All were good. The B&B overlooks the port and the cove. Right through the day there are different...

We almost solved the problems of the world. Given another day we could have had, not just our countries, the whole globe running more efficiently AND humanely. Probably just as well you didn't stay another night. You know Australia so well. Hope you enjoyed time with children and grandchildren. Happy Travels.
