This was the worst peace of trash I have ever been to. No wonder it is called Gran GARBAGE. I hate this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and strict. THEIR POOL CLOSES AT 7:00. Their food was horrible. It disgusts me. Never going back here AGAIN!

Me, my wife and our 4yr old son returned from ths hotel yesterday and have to say most of the staff were friendly especially anna who ran the mini club for kids and anna who was in charge of overall entertainment, the hotel is clean and location good but that is where the pros end. How this hotel got a...

I stayed here with 3 friends the last week in june. Having got one of the cheapest hotels with half board I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel turned out really nice, clean, right in the action near the bars and 5 minutes from the beach, nice pool and not bad food. cannot grumble at all...

I stayed at the hotel together with 140 other students in order to do research in the surrounding area. It was quite nice, although other friends and I have made very bad experiences with the night watchman. He got very angry if people were entering the hotel in the night talking or even whispering. Then he would kick you out...

Thank you for staying with us. Your group of students has been coming for several years to our hotel and we've never had any problem, also not with the security man. Sorry to hear that you and your friends had an unpleasant experience.

Very good hotel. The sheets were changed every day and the towels too. So it felt very comfortable sleeping and staying there. The sound of the kids party on the second floor was very loud on night. Also the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't different every day, just small changes were made. So if you are looking for a...

Food was ok but nothing special. Ro wasnt very clean, reception were not bothered when we told them. Pool area was fairly clean but hard to get a sun bed. Walk to beach isnt very nice but for a cheap deal, its somewhere to sleep and ok food. Bars across the road are brilliant

We arrived at lunchtime, the receptionist was very friendly, the room was slightly dated but clean (only 1 English Channel on TV, but we weren't here to watch it) the barman was great he remembered our drinks before we even ordered, made you feel very welcome, the swimming pool areas were clean and we always found a lounger mid afternoon....

Just like everyone else has said on here, if you are English then don't bother. Many would see this as a racial issue but that's not the case at all it's more the communication aspect and being part of the minority. Lloret is quite popular for the Eastern Europeans so it's expected to find hotels full of them but they...

So to begin with no directions as to where our hotel was we were dumped into a busy street at 2am packed with drunk French and German teens, hotel room was not clean nor was it cleaned properly while we was there, all maid did was change our towels, had same bed sheets for the week we stayed and had...

Arrival.... Was charged 13 euros for government entry tax, which we didn't expect. We arrived at 1:50pm and was told to be quick if we wanted to eat lunch. I found it a bit strange. We was then sent across the road to another building to our room. Although the room was very clean and tidy and the cleaner visited...
