This B&B has a strategic location, directly in the historical center. It's a 5 min walk from the port and from the bus stations where buses to the airport, San Vito Lo Capo Beach and the public buses go from! The room is clean and sunny and the sheets and towels were changed every two days. Staff is very friendly... More

We stayed in Ximenes 12 (after booking online) for one night. We took a taxi from the airport into Trapani as it was after 9pm (just over 30 euros). Ximenes 12 is located just off Vitorrio Emanuele (the main thoroughfare of the of the old town) on Via Ximenes. The cathedral is literally on the doorstep so if you're the... More

For me location and cleanliness are paramount and this room in an old house was both of these. IT was just off one of the main shopping streets and very convenient to the port and bus stop. The main room has been recently decorated and the bedding was all fresh and plenty of towels provided. The bathroom was little dated... More

Ok value lodging in a central location. On arrival we were taken away from the main hotel and told we were being given a private apartment. This appeared to be a friend of the owners apartment which bore no resemblance to pictures or previous reviews. The apartment was clean but a little dated and breakfast consisted of a croissant and... More

Location: the apartment is very conveniently located - in 3 minutes walk you can get to the port, from where you can go practically anywhere. Rooms: very modern, bright and clean. Fresh towels, sheets etc. Staff: very helpful and available Breakfast: we were provided with breakfast from two different cafes- both were excellent I would highly recommend this residence to... I stayed here for 5 days in July 2012. When we arrived the owner was late and the doors were locked. After the initial panic the co owner arrived half an hour later and he was very hospitable. The room itself was spacious and really hygienic. The location was perfect. It was so nice having drinks on the balcony. Only... More

The Ximenes 12 is a centrally located B&B perfect for a short stay. Although we had to go to a nearby bar for breakfast it wasn't really a problem. The rooms are large clean and comfortable with a balcony on to the road which could be quite noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did have the Church bells... More

It has a good sized room that was clean in a good location close to the heart of the cityand close to the cruise ship port. It had a modern well appointed bath. Wifi worked some times but always had a weak siginal. Parking is always a problem. The staff was friendly but usually not in the building. No elevator... More

We stayed here for a night and we were extremely disappointed. The B&B is located right in the Old Town of Trapani. The bedroom is spacious, good shower but the bed was very uncomfortable that we weren't able to get a very good sleep. It is noisy especially the street outside. One of the lamps was broken and we found... More

Ximenes 12 is perfectly positioned right in the middle of Trapani Old Town. The room was clean, well furnished with a comfortable bed. Air-condition unit was fine, and there was plenty of room for 3 with the extra bed kind of in a room for itself. Breakfast was super, we received a voucher for a near by Café which we... More

“Why not stay in Marsala which is closer to Trapani airport. The B&B's in Trapani are now trying to charge expensively. Two years ago, it was still reasonable but with influx of tourists coming in, they are trying to take advantage of it.”
