If you are on an ‘emergency’ trip to Roxas, do not want to go back to the nearby province you are from, and instead intend to stay in an affordable but comfy hotel, one good option is Hemingway Hotel. Located less than a kilometer from Robinson’s Roxas, you could get a de luxe room for an affordable price! But better to book directly via their landline (036) 6200011 as i realized that it is at least 300 bucks cheaper compared to booking it online (agoda/booking.com,etc.). I got it for 1300 via agoda but when you book directly thru their landline, it is priced at 1000 pesos Hot shower - check Good A/C - check (much better compared to the more expensive hotel near Robinsons) Parking space - very limited
Accommodating and helpful staff (they even suggested places to visit). Room was quite spacious and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Accessible to the basics.. there's a coffeeshop downstairs and a restaurant across. Commuting there was also easy.
I been traveling for almost 9 years over Asia this hotel is the wost ever stay there is no wifi. no toilet tress you have to bring your own toothbrush, Body wash and Tooth paste, no food t order, very difficult to get a tricycle or taxi... oh most of all staff will tell you to find your self one......
