We came up here yesterday afternoon to stay overnight coz our trip for our next destination is today in the afternoon. I thought this is a good hotel but we are very dissappointed. The place was very weird & also the staffs here they are all weird. The hotel was like a villa or like an old mansion house that today it's like an abadoned place. The aura of the place was very weird too. Our feeling was not good when we first step inside. It's like there's something behind in this hotel. We got 2 rooms coz we're 6 persons room 209 was the room of my dad,mom & my little sis while in room 210 was my room together with my brother & cousin. That night when we about to go to sleep the lights suddenly shut down but it's suddenly back again. And we thought it's just a sudden brown-out. Then I was to sleep now with my brother but my cousin was still awake. It was 11:50 pm something then suddenly my cousin jumped on my bed & shrugging on me to wake me up coz there's someone trying to open our window. And that window was not locked I don't know why but we are thankful that before we went to bed my dad fixed it to locked it and we're also thankful that that person didn't open the window coz it's already locked. I don't know if it's a person, like a robberman or what but that's a very scary experience we got in this hotel. This place was very horrible coz someone says maybe it's a thing like "ASWANG" coz this is in Roxas Capiz. The security of this place was very dissappointed. They have no gate & security guard in the area. So if you want guys to stay here in Roxas "DONT" "EVER" "STAY" here. There are more good hotels here but don't ever try to stay here in La Hacienda Grande Hotel for your own safety. All I can say is that this hotel is very near to Airport, & the 2 malls the Citymall & Gaisano Mall. But this is a very horrible hotel. Thanks for reading my review. We will never go back here again. Keep safe always. Always check the background & reviews of the hotel you want to stay in.…
十年前はプールもあり好印象でしたが、老朽化によりプールがもう使えません。 お湯も出る部屋と出ない部屋があります、出る部屋の水圧は異様に高いですが、出てくる水が少ないので痛いだけです。
The rooms of this apparently famous old hotel have it all on paper: spacy, warm water, aircon, cable TV. At 1800 pesos for the room that would be perfectly OK if the place was maintained. But unfortunately from the minute you arrive you get it that owners have forgotten investing in renovation and maintenance and the running of the place is left to not even smiling untrained non professionals. Water in my room leaking from the sink, disastrous shower head, towels full of holes, louzy beddings. The TV has 8 or 9 channels. The fox movies and the local totally unviewable channels, FOX News being the only international news channel. It may be clean but it does not give the impression of being so. The pool was under renovation. That meant filthy and in the process of being cleaned in the future... maybe... We suffered the extreme noise of a party (you know the kind of bass that shakes your stomach) until 2:30 am. The next morning rubbish was on the ground all around and .... nobody would pick it up until I draw the attention of the receptionist, who had it just in her view line, that it might be advisable for an hotel to clean the trash on the ground. The worst part was probably the breakfast. Absolutely no choice and consisting of a portion of rice, a miserable piece of miserable sausage and a very poorly done apparently sunny side up egg. Plus coffee. no tea available. The only positive point was the free acceptable to Philippines standards wifi. But still we suggest you run away!…
Boycott this hotel!! So greedy and unprofessional!! My parents were supposed to hold their renewal of vows here, so they reserved the biggest hall and made arrangements MONTHS in advance. They also reserved 5 rooms for guests who were coming from as far away as the United States. Specially made invitations were sent out. And then bam----a few days before the occasion, they were told that another event (a seminar with 500 people instead of our event's 150) had already been scheduled! With no warning whatsoever! My mom was devastated. She cried, cajoled, threatened, but to no avail. She was nonchalantly told, why not just move it to another date? HELLO, THIS IS A WEDDING!!! And when she asked for the full name of the person she had been negotiating with, an employee merely said, why should we tell you?! Now we are having to scramble for a backup venue less than a week before the event!! HELP US TEACH THE OWNERS A LESSON. DON'T EVER THE MISTAKE OF SYAYING HERE!!!…
This hotel is formerly famous but maybe due to some administrative problems, the hotel was not managed well. It has a wide parking space, big swimming pool and very helpful staffs. It is located at the city center too near to everything.
