Stayed in this hotel for a day on my way to Onkareshwar ,as we had an alumni meet at Onkareshwar. Was generally happy about the hotel . Room is quite big for the cost.The breakfast was not ready at the time stipulated.Even then i give 4 rating because the staff making arrangement for the breakfast made extra efforts to serve us the food and the preparation was very good. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to the airport and in good locality moreover you get big rooms at a decent price.
Hotel is located on busy street, centrally located. Round the clock cafe is on ground floor. Breakfast is average but it is good for a budget hotel. Rooms are small but tidy. Room service is slow but staff is good.
The worst experience I ever had. I was locked in the washroom fortunately someone opened the doors , when i went to reception regarding the same she said there are no managers in the hotel nor the house keeping. The place is completely unhygienic staffs are very bad at their work , my personal recommendation never visit this hotel ever

Gold Gate hotel in vijay nager prime location best time of visit between June to October. Room type Resort has no multiple choice of room and my room number 101 its prity avarage interior... my suggestion please placed for room ..one dining table,washroom dusteen,washroom basis amenities .and did not proper water drain in wash room please make sure . but manage by manager thanks mr.Dilip my stay there for two nights anjoyed my room like anything . me and my wife frequently. Food and service food in resort was pretty good. we had only breakfast included in the package and we enjoyed breakfast a lot as they had lot of indian vegetarian food options available. if you talk about the service it was below average poor.room service very bed . i call two time morning 10:12 Am no response and second time call 1:11pm front desk after reponse and clear my dinner utilityes.unskilled staff....!! I am 100% satisfied with services, cleaning, food etc. everything was perfect & wail maintained. Hope I will choose the same hotel again. Front desk services was marvellous. Really they know how to welcome a guest.
We reached the restaurant bit late but the staff was welcoming. The food we ordered was of Indian cuisine. They brought the food in 15-20 minutes and food can be rated between good to ok. Staff was tired but courteous . All in all ok experience.
We visited this place after analysing all the words of public. However, we recieved nothing but disappointment. The Manager & the staff are totally untrained as well as irresponsible. They didn't know any basic knowledge of discipline. Our order as well as other costomer's was placed after a dozens of reminders. All the other costomers were yelling with aggretion There was total chaos within the service staff & the managers; None of them knew as to what to do & how to do. The manager/staff members were totally unaware about the availability/unaavailability of the items mentioned in the menu card. On each & every order, the captain was required to confirm with his chef & revert back to us which took as much as 20 minutes to place the order. NO WONDER, Our order of certain starters was placed on the side-table after almost 25 minutes & was remained placed for almost 10 minutes & was finally served after we yelled at the manager. Thier entire crew was a gang of lousy trouts. Unfortunately, our evening ended with a huge disappointment & at the fag hour we had to leave the premises without having any food. This kind of arrangement from a reputed brand like "Golden Gate" could never expected & it was horrible & pathetic.…
We are frequent visitor at Hotel Golden Gate, Indore. It has marvellous ambience and superb n sumptuous food. Recently we tasted it's barbeque food at Blue Dip n it was awesome. The collection of songs being played added as mood elevator. Decent staff n good service. Thanks for making our evening memorable.
This was my second visit to the hotel in three months. The hotel location is excellent. Its in the heart of the city and yet connected to the airport expressway. One can hence reach the airport in 25 min and avoid the city traffic. The room on the second floor was excellent. I had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was good. I also used a large conference room of the hotel since I had over 70 guests. The banquet staff was extremely professional. I checked out early in the morning and the hotel arranged an airport drop. Look forward to my next stay.
