I stayed overnight on 27 September 2018. Room was booked through Oyo. The alloted room was not which was shown in picture. Stinking washroom, worst service, rude behaviour, untidy towel. Choked washroom. On requesting toilet paper to ensure hygiene, after 45 mins and 4 calls the response was it's not there. One of the worst hotels ever. A STRICT NO for such hotels and people. BECAUSE WE PAY AND STAY, NOT FOR FREE.

One of the worst hotel I have experienced. I think logde is providing better service and cleanliness. Dirty bed sheet, Dirty Blanket, Dirty bathroom, Dirty room. Mosquito and insect are in the rooms. I suggest not to visit this hotel even if they provide free stay.

We had existing confirmed bookings well in advance, and they refused to honor it almost 20 days before our check in date, saying that OYO had not communicated to them. We had done this through expedia who were also clueless although they did try to make up for our loss. Due to spike in demand because of an event the hotel thought they could sell the rooms for a premium.

DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE Staff, poor hygiene, poor dressed staff, dont book.............. they have a list of Rules where you cannot order pizza / food from outside, hotel is dirty, looks good only in pictures. Don't waste your money here.

Hotel grande royale is located at chawani near Dewa Bazaar. Its the centre point of indore . Food taste is average but many more options nearby. Best for business stay as located at centre of the city.

The size of rooms are good but hotel need a major renovation. Old furniture, very old & dirty bathrooms, old window a/c. Actually we reached 2am & were tired else took another hotel. Drinking water jugs were too bad. Bfast served in room was good in taste. We paid Rs. 1300/- it looks expensive for the quality we got as compared to other hotels which are available online & reasonable.

We had stayed in this hotel for 5 Days in Dec 2016. It is an excellent hotel with great room services. Staff was very amicable and helpful. We arefamily of 4 with handicapped child. We got family room of 4 bedded and room was sooooooo huge :) Restaurant also provides yummy veg food and hotel is easily accessible.

Hotel is centrally located so it was easy accessible to visit all famous places in indore... Food was tasty nd gave a real marvadi touch though other options were too good.. Excellent service by staff n good hospitality.. Would like to add on that cleanliness nd hygiene was highly maintained... At the end it was a comfortable place to stay and would love to visit again and again...

Visited this hotel on 17.5.16. The experience was pathetic. the rooms were in dirty with old furnitures and crockery. The toilets were dirty with stink. The inclusive breakfast was horrible. The staff unrepenting. The people of India holiday are also to be blamed for suggesting this hotel to us and charging exorbitantly.
