Stay is average. No selection of breakfast, no free wifi, bathrooms not cleaned, first thought of no warm water but after a struggle and with the help of service people, got warm water, blankets are not enough to cover cold, after requesting one more quilt, got single blanket with a cold reply (that's only available). Overall experience is average.

The hotel was well located for the near railway station and bus stand, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and had air-conditioning as well as a very good fan. All in all it was a good stay.

The hotel did not meet the treebo standards, which I had experienced earlier. The room offered to me was not cleaned after the previous guest check out. I had to request for change of room later in the day. Room service was very pathetic, repeated call need to be made for somebody to attend. Bedlinens were not clean. Breakfast was of very poor standard with limited menu and non availability of coffee. Breakfast dining hall was very unclean. Only icing on the cake was location of the hotel and front reception desk staff were polite.

One of my old friend came to visit in morning but hotel staff refused to send her in room. There was no proper meeting area in the lobby for the discussion even. People sitting in lobby area were staring to both of us. But when my other male friend came in evening they allowed him. Difficult to understand such gender discrimination.

The room was booked for two people, only one towel was provided, coffee cups, no water was in the room, had to ask for it. Room needs painting, need elastic border bedsheets.door lock needs to be changed. No toilet rolls in the bathroom

1. Service staff has a habit of entering room after pressing the bell without waiting for permission of the guest. 2. Service staff called for room service tried to enter bathroom without guest permission especially when one of the guest was inside. 3. The menu in room no. 310 showed price of Masala Tea at Rs 30 but we were charged Rs 45 per Cup. 4. The complementary breakfast arrangement on 4th floor needs overhauling in both cutlery, crockery , utensils, toasters and overall cleanliness..
