Ok for one night business stay. Rooms ambiance is dull but manageable. Service is quick and prompt. Food restaurants at top and first floor is excellent. Front desk very nice and cordial and helpful. Hotel is old and has a antiquated feel to it. Only quirk - no toiletries provided, and bathroom design is not comfortable. Overall 3.5/5. good for one night business
Although the hotel is located in a relatively good area, the hotel is not ready welcome an international guest. Hotel amenities that most guest expect are poor- bathrooms did not have sufficient lights, upon using shower, it became wet and slippery, towels were dirty and hard, closet to hang cloths did not have hangers, and breakfast choices that were presented to us did not meet an Indian or International standards.
We find this hotel extremely friendly and within normal budget. The Manager and staff is very cooperative. The best part is Morning Free Breakfast.we get immediate auto once get down from hotel because it's in main road....I recommend this for family visiting Indore
Centrally located... Good coffee shop visited by generations who would like to enjoy just chai or coffee with confectionery...have stayed here multiple times in the past 2 years.. Tariffs are reasonable..they have lunch buffet that is frequented by many, even on weekdays!!. The facility to organize decent corporate meetings and marriages is available..Airport / station transfers available.
A superb outlet at the center of the city. Have a restaurant that serves one of the nice buffet spread. Food taste is excellent. Service is not match. The bakery - fast food shop has good variety of fast food with taste matching taste buds of local palette. Ambience nice. Vibrating environment. It is value for money.
Crown palace is one of the best hotels in Indore. They also have a 24hours running coffee shop (Bake well) in there hotel which makes this place even perfect. Hotel rooms are good in size, hot showers can be taken anytime with no regulations whatsoever. The staff was helpful too. Would recommend staying here
Can here for a short stay with colleagues since my train came in early and we needed a place to fresh up... Room size - must be around 25-30 sq. Mtrs... Hygiene - Clean room with clean linen and towels Washroom - Too small...difficult to fit in.... Food - Tasted only coffee... too much of milk and made traditional UP/MP way... not enjoyable... breakfast spread seems to be average Good for 3 hours stays...
There was a time, when CP was known for its food int he city of Indore. But now it has degraded too badly. We friends gathered after 2 years and decided to go to CP since it in the center of city and has a good reputation too. We ordered Chicken lolly pop in the started. Half of the pieces were smelling and taste bad. We immediately reported to the waiter and left the hotel after paying the bill. I must say, they have gone careless and degraded their quality. Will never visit again or suggest anyone to eat food there.
I stayed in room number 118 road facing. Room size is adequate with all dusty furniture. Housekeeping department seems to be non existed. During my two days stay , they never bothered to changed dirty linen though I informed twice. In the evening no body was picking up the number 300 (housekeeping). However food quality is good
This was a last minute booking, due to the closure of Chandigarh Airport. As we are cricket fans, we needed to book a last minute hotel in Indore, close to the cricket ground. Firstly we were given a complimentary shuttle from airport to hotel, presented with bottles of water and newspaper. On arrival our room was large and clean and lots of storage space. Lots of hot water on demand in the shower. The cleaning staff were very professional as were the reception staff and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. This is not a modern looking hotel but don't let the looks fool you as it is a first class hotel. Would like to add also that if you sat in the lobby you were presented with complimentary glasses of water. The only really negatives, which didn't really spoil it for us was no kettle in the room and no free bottles of water in room, also no room safe although i believe that they had safety boxes behind reception. i would highly recommend this hotel.…
