We stayed at Effotel Indore for 1 night however the memories were beautiful and Amazing.
Our check in was smooth and hassle free. Valet parked our car efficiently. Luggage assistance was provided.
Lobby decor and fragrance was nice. The hotel was clean and well designed. Even the corridor was smelling nice.
Room had nice welcome amenities. AC temperature was perfect. Bed was nice and comfortable. Room line was very clean. I loved the bath amenities and the water temperature for shower was just perfect. Room is great value for the price you pay at Effotel indore.
Staff at the restaurant are superstars. We went for dinner and we loved the service. Chef got fries for my daughter . Deepak and Akash genuinely took great care. Deepak got Mutton Bhuna specially made for me which was very tasty.
I loved the concept of starters on the table and not on the buffet..... A the starters were tasty..... They had lovely deserts too...... We enjoyed the Shrikhand and Jalebi.
Breakfast was so nice..... Huge variety in BF..... Deepak and Akash took care during BF..... They also arranged special watermelon juice which was not on the menu..... The head chef of the hotel met on checkout and offered takeaway snacks and sweets which were so kind. We felt like a family and the care shown by the team was awesome.
Thanks to the Duty Manager who assisted with a wash and change room in the evening as we came from Ujjain and had to drive to Mumbai.
Great Leadership by Anurag Anand who has got such a lovely team and under his leadership the hotel will always be Number 1 @ Indore.

I had a leisure trip to Indore with family and opted for Effotel Hotel by Sayaji. It is perfect place for business travelers as well as others who want almost 5 star experience for less price. There is a 5 star Sayaji hotel very close by. I think Effotel is comparatively smaller hotel and only missing a swimming pool, Spa like services, Spa services can be availed by guests at Sayaji hotel. The ambiance, decor is beautiful, the lounge is specious. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was nice and with ample items. We stayed here for 3 nights in Premium Deluxe room and these are located only on the first floor. The breakfast area gets crowded and so are the elevators. Thus there may be a waiting. Again the friendly staff will try their best to help. We travel nearby places like Ujjain, Mandu, Omkareshwar, as well as did the city tour and used car service provided by hotel. Mr. Vijay Singh Bhati, Travel Desk was very helpful managing out travel needs. The service was spotless and we had a comfortable rides. To travel locally, Sarafa Bazar etc. we opted for Uber, Ola; very convenient, fixed price, online pay etc. Overall we had a wonderful time in Indore as well as at Effotel. If you like the Sayaji brand which is known for their hospitality and high class service then Effotel Hotel is no exception to that.

The room was sparklingly clean. The hotel Housekeeping staff displayed a very cordial attitude and excellent manners. The sanitizers were kept at all the common areas and near Lobby gates giving an assurance of hygiene and safety. The ground floor cube restaurant where I dined in food was good. More than that the staff who waited on us showed great attitude. Particularly, Mr Rohit G From Housekeeping is so good He have taken good care of me, he knows room cleaning very well. Overall our stay was a very pleasant one.

The hotel is suitable for long business stay I have been here since a month and I feel very comfortable. The gesture of every person is very well behaved. Particularly I would like to mention few names.
From reception Mr. Pratik he is always ready to help
From restro /room dining Mr. Azam and Mr Pranay such a my dear person they use to greet every person with a smilling face no matter how they are inside and take care of guest food request and taste.
Now coming to housekeeping which is very much required for a hygienic stay Mr Arjun and Lokpal are bang on it they clean my room everyday and make sure to ask me if I need anything extra such a good behavior I am very obliges to stay here.
And surely will recommend my friend and colleague too.
Hope to see this type of service continue and you people excel on hospitality.

I happen to book a room last week, called the reservation 2 days ago informed them about an early check-in. I have sent the reservation and ticket details on whatapp to Ms Anu. They not only accommodated my early check-in request without any additional cost, they also sent a airport pickup which I never expected and avoided the hassle of getting a cab to the hotel. Hotel room was spacious, clean, new sheets and nice clean bathroom. Only grouse I am having is the breakfast area was too crowded everytime. Breakfast could have been arranged in the terrace restaurant.

It was a 3 day stay in Indore and stayed here as I had stayed here before also. The room was clean and comfortable. I tried food in the restaurant as well as in the room also. The food was also good. Just one suggestion that if someone is staying for more than 3 nights and is traveling with their own car please check if the car can be cleaned (not washed) from outside as felt that need but when checked with the valet service they denied. The rest of the stay was comfortable.

It's a worth hotel to stay at and the hospitality at restaurant and other services are being provided nicely. One would get the feel of Indian culture while welcoming at the hotel as well as at restaurants. All employees are well maintaining the core values of Sayaji and one of the best person I met at Room dinning was Mr. Babulal, who was very nice and served well with a humble gesture and explained the importance of the guest for the effotel.
Housekeeping was punctual after request for any help.
Again, it's well worth it place to live with family also.

I had booked this property through Booking.com (confirmation number 3465.924.676) . Though they applied special discounts, the other sites were offering lower prices with same booking conditions. I spoke to customer support of Bookings.com and shared complete details, they said we would study and pass on the discount which they have not done. They said free airport transfer but hotel charged Rs 600 for the same. So Be Aware of such booking sites.

Effotel is a leading hotel in Indore.. So, staying there even for Foreigners...And as per changed law in India, as I understand, live together Couples hv no problem..As to ID, your passport should be ok.. I.d strongly suggest you to mail to Hotel. I found they are quite proactive & trust they.d help u out. Hv a nice time!
