The hotel is located at around 100-200 mtrs from Rau circle near indore. It has a greater advantage of ease of commutation for those having assignment in Pithampur SEZ . They have good parking facility and whealchair accessibility. Food and housekeeping is really great but one thing I noticed which is really sensible is, with all the multi-cuisine food items in the buffet they always have a total homely meal ( like daal-chawal and bhendi subji). Captains, chiefs and other staff is really good. Housekeeping never replaces the used water bottle but always adds the new one which I suppose a good thing in order to avoid drinking water wastage. Check In We checked in Early morning at around 6 Am. It took hardly 5 mins. Room Hygiene Room was clean and neatly kept. Bedsheets were clean. Had ample amount of furniture required for comfortable stay . Bed was very comfortable had great sleep Room Service & Banquet Very prompt Service did face any delay in my 2 days of stay. Breakfast / Lunch & Dinner Buffet are highlights of stay. I would rate food on 5 out of 5. Highly rated. Non Veg lover will enjoy for sure.

The rooms are smelly and poorly maintained. Despite in the food capital of India, food is not tasty. The room in which i had stayed was so smelly that it was difficult to stay. On informing the staff they just sprayed some freshner and did nothing. The smell was coming from the bathroom water drain. Also the Ac water was dropping on the bed. There is no window or view on several rooms. Even towels provided were stinky. Recommend not to book rooms in this hotel.

We stayed in room 503 and it was stinking, got it cleaned at 1.30 a.m. and within half hour it was stinking again. The Manager, some Mr Naveen wasn't available to meet for two days under some pretext or the other. Booked 4 rooms (3 by us and 1 for us by a relative)but eventually wanted to use only 2. They refused to cancel the 2 rooms quoting a mail where they have contradictory information.

We came to papaya tree. Hills view restaurant was authentic hill view. And ambience was awesome.. service by staff is very nice as well as food .we want to thanks to all staff specially barman we explain us for the infusion drink.

Earlier in 2018 we had stayed in this hotel . was very good. Recent stay we found that the room can not even withstand 1 star a dirty place totally disappointing.The hotel claim 3 star but not even one single quality found for star rating. payment of Rs GSt amounting total to 3920 is not worth.
