Its a place for real taste lovers.......the food is awesome. the ambiance and decor is very lively with live music. The buffet is with numbers of starters with wide range of main course dishes and lovely dessert options. We have done our son's first birthday party in Aug 2018 and my younger brother's wedding in Dec 2018 at Jalsa Banquets which is as of now run by Mr. Vikrant Chauhan and their team under Blue Turtle Hospitality. After doing both of these events we were more than happy. Even our guests were full of appreciation about their stay, food, arrangements and everything. Both venue and catering were done by them. One of the best parts of their property is their connected balcony rooms which are all connected into open air lobby overlooking the gardens. Having a cup of tea over there early morning is so refreshing. They have a couple of banquets which can be used in a mix for bride side / groom side / common functions if it is the case of wedding. You will get different venue for your different occasions. They have a beautiful lush green lawn for parties / sangeet / wedding reception, etc. They serve wonderful food. I will make special mention of their Chef Suraj who helped us make customized menu giving different delicacies in our different functions. Their entire hotel team including Karunesh, Heena & Rajendra helped us throughout the occasions. We faced a little delay in check in of few rooms, that was only one pain point during our entire wedding stay but considering overall entire arrangements done by them we were more than delighted. May it be from small little thing from extra water bottles in rooms, tea at 2 in mid night or to any major thing like adding more options in food above standard package from their end, Vikrant's team at Jalsa really calls for appreciation. Stayed in Jalsa for 14 days as we had a program in Indore. very nice hotel, courteous staff. but the only issue was the distance from the city, nevertheless you can also manage by hiring an auto, as uber ola do not work, the cabs and auto mostly will cancel your rides. According to the charges the spread of a buffet breakfast was lavish, but only thing is they should change the spread daily.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Though the location is quite far off from city,the stay was decent. Had no other option as all other hotels were full. Food is not bad but buffet breakfast could've been batter

The banquet is pretty good. The location is good too. The only challenge is the traffic at the underpass. The venue is spacious and the grounds are expansive. Not sure if they outsource catering too. Service is cordial and efficient.

I stayed in this hotel on 1 December 2016 to attend my cousins wedding. The rooms were quite decorative and spacious with nice amenities. This resort was having a big outdoor lawn and nicely decorated indoor ac hall for wedding functions. Overall i will say a very good resort with nice facilities for a perfect wedding.

This hotel has a Resort feel to it as it is surrounded by lush greenery and well-kept lawns.Rooms were new, well furnished and of good size, not at all cramped. They can improve on the food options though.Staff was helpful and the manager there a young lady was great to talk to.She helped out with travel arrangements quickly.Would stay there again definitely!

One of the Indore's best resorts,Jalsa came out to be perfect for the wedding of my dear cousin.The arrangements were top notch and hassle free.Loved it. Decorations,Interiors ,exteriors ,food everything was classy and perfect.

Opened our room with the master key, without our knowledge and threw our luggage outside near the hotel main entrance gate. When confronted the hotel staff just wanted to blame the porter guy, when in reality we knew they were the once, who were after our life to vacate the room since 6 AM.
