We had a family wedding for three days in this property and they really took good care of all our guest and the food was just awesome. the property venues and rooms too were well laid and neat. I recommend the venue for anybody who is looking for a taste of royalty and good stay in Indore.
Very bad for health. Some staff have the work of spraying with chemicals inside and all around outside to make sure insects will not come around. Means, wherever you go, inside or outside on the grounds, you will be inhaling toxic air at times daily. After a week or two there, I began to suffer intense physical issues and allergic reactions that needed medical help for the duration of my stay. Once I had left for another location, I began to feel better. It took some time to discover it is no normal hotel: the administration has the cleaning staff check the rooms of guests to make sure there are no weapons. They have cameras everywhere and have daily meetings where guests and how to handle them are discussed. Whatever a guest says and to whoever they have spoken with is reported. The fact is that you have no privacy. Guests have forms to fill out in their rooms if they want to file a complaint about a staff person. The staff is given forms weekly to do the same to any guest. In this way, a negative, adversarial atmosphere is set up automatically. Although some staff do lie and behave badly, most are as superficially pleasant as the building itself. All points considered, no one is to be trusted there. If you enjoy food swimming in grease, you will love their lunch and dinner buffets. if you want to eat healthier things that also taste good, you will have difficulties. Most of the chefs, however, will try to help you out. Generally speaking, the service and organization in the restaurant were very poor. It is sometimes possible to get service if you get up yourself and ask one of the wait staff. About laundry, it will be much better if you do it your own self. Most of my clothing was ruined either a little or a lot by the laundry service there, I had to even throw some dresses away, the damages were so bad. I had given them one pair of 100 dollar jeans to clean, but never got them back. I called about it several times, and the manager insisted he had searched and not found them. The hotel does have a group of drivers with cars, some of them know where most things in Indore are, otherwise you will have to direct them. There was one fellow who seemed to be very good, then, began to speed during our trips out. He got me in one small accident, and a few weeks later, in a more serious accident, where my entire back was sprained. The hotel refused to pay for the treatments needed to heal properly while I was there. After I discovered the truth beneath the glossy exterior of everything, I felt very unhappy, and more like I imagine a prisoner would feel, instead of a guest. The overall experience was deeply disappointing and distressing. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel.…
