Exploring this property for a wedding ceremony could be a good proposition. It has 45+ room with attached toilet, AC & TV in each of the rooms and good outside view. The rooms have a good ambiance. This hotel could be used for arranging business conference as well as small parties besides stay. Lobby of the hotel is impressive and spacious. It has lifts for going up to 3rd floor. The location is the bypass road convenient to the outstation guests who use their own vehicle. It has a large AC banquet hall and a green lawn that can easily accommodate 1500 guest for a reception party. It also has a RCC reception stage and ample parking facility. For those residing in the city, it could be a distant location depending upon place of stay.

I had visited this property last month as a guest. I would say that this is the worst behaviour that I have experienced in a while. They dont have adequate staff which causes a lot of problem. The owners of the property are personally involved in all the decisions. The owners do not have any experience of hospitality sector and I can assure you they will make your life a hell for the days that you will stay here. Due to change of ownership, this property has lost all of its energy. If you want to enjoy the wedding or your party, stay as far away as possible from this property. The staff and owners are sweet first and as soon as you book the property, their behaviour changes. I have suffered, please don't make this mistake again.

Organized a Marriage ceremony at this Property, quite spacious, Beautiful and Close to City, but: 1. Even after Contractual written agreement for Payment towards Full Property for 48hours, they keep asking for a) Charges for Photography connection, b) Charges for Coffee Machine Connection, c) Charges for Water used by Caterer, d) Charges for Guard and Valleys Parking, though mentioned as in-house facility, e) Charges for Parking the vehicle at Porches during Dropping & Boarding of Guests. Their behavior changes once the Full Payment was made to them, Shouts over Phone for petty issues, Management is very un-professional and don't know how to behave, they know only 1 language i. e. MONEY Never ever settle for any Security deposit as they may deduct all above undue charges from you while settling for Final Bill. Their Manager talks uselessly, with No atiquets and what ever He promises he will refuse at a later stage & put you in trouble in front of your guests.…

Waterlily is an awesome place for a Grand Royal wedding. Our family had a wedding here sometime back and totally loved how the management put their heart and soul into making every wedding function successful. The 2 day function was totally a blast. The team proactively took care of our last minute requests and demands with a smiling face. They were super supportive, always available and ready to help. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful with all the amenities, plenty of lighting and hot water in the bathroom. The party hall is huge with great ambience, new carpets and was beautifully decorated. The main reception was held in their beautiful large garden. It looks absolutely amazing in the night with lightings and decorations. The food was fantastic, super tasty with great quality and variety. They had ample of parking. All in all, the guests thoroughly enjoyed our families' wedding here !!!! We don't have to think twice in booking our next party here !!!…

Good food, Amazing ambience, Lovely staff and one of the Best Hotel Stay experience that I had in Indore at a wedding at Hotel Waterlily. Rooms are big and luxuries. Besides the beautiful room, hotel interior and food offerings, the service extended to me and my fellow guests was at par. The attention to detail paid to us was phenomenal, from attentive service to staff on hand at any time of the day to promptly assist with any and all requests, to the warmest of welcomes from the Managers of the hotel. It was wonderful and very peaceful hotel stay. Highly recommend to those looking for a place to book your next Event - Waterlily goes that one extra mile to make your experience excellent and enjoyable !!

Weddings are supposed to be fun, filled with laughter and joy. Things were quite opposite when it comes to water lily and the management. I was here for MY WEDDING for 2 days (Dec 15 and 16) and regretted every moment of selecting water lily as a wedding destination. Apart from the complete LACK OF SATISFACTORY SERVICES (as reviewed by other consumers). The hotel was without any WiFi service for my entire wedding event. Below I would like to recount the HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I had with the owners. The conflict started from a minor point of putting a temporary rolling carpet in the hall for the bride and groom’s entry for the musical evening. This is the response I got from the owner: "I cannot allow this as it will ruin the carpet in the hall. Also, I cannot allow the use of rose petals for the same reason". I responded by saying: “Do you want me to have all the guests have their shoes taken off before entering their precious hall?”. Ever heard of vacuum cleaners? After much debate, discussion and solicitation I was allowed to put these things on. Since I had to pay in full plus a 10% security deposit I was helpless at that point and the only way to get things done was to literally beg in front of the owners and management to allow our requests. Bear in mind all this was happening during the event days in front of our guests present at the wedding hall. Unless you don’t care about your honor in front of the wedding guests I suggest to stay clear of this place and find a better alternative. Nobody should go through such horrific experiences on the best day of your life that puts you and everyone around you (family, relatives and friends) in distress. A word of advise: the neighborhood is teeming with BETTER ALTERNATIVES all around Agra-Bombay bypass road, that too at a lower price with better services. Hopefully, my insights into the matter will help others to better plan for one of the best day of their lives. If the owners are reading this review I suggest its time to introspect and learn the essence of the word HOSPITALITY.…

Weddings are celebrations supposed to be celebrated, as it brings wonderful time in everyone's life. A throwback to my brother's marriage in December 2018, at water Lily resort, is a place I will never suggest to any one to spend their money out. They over promised us before our event date, & eventually their owner is changed New owner's we're so rude with zero professionalism. They created multiple troubles to us without being responsive at their part. Under accommodations, poor services, no wifi, cold water in taps, poor locks, & phone we're down. Complete mis- management in staff. New Owner's we're trying to overpower us, in front of our guest. No cooperation with other stakeholders like caterers, decorator, etc, although all cooperated so well. Worst experience, this hotel is not at all recommended.…

Stayed here for a relative wedding. However when requested for a separate room - the charges (without breakfast) were exorbitantly high. Moreover, experiences were: 1. WiFi - Staff not ready to share userID, Password. Saying that WiFI is down for last 2-3 days and next day told WiFi was down for last 7-8 days. Signals were available, but still server was down. 2. No restaurant/ kitchen - We asked for milk for our kid. Sorry. 3. Room Service - Not available. 4. No Electric Kettle - Staff agreed after lot of request, but was not provided. 5. Rooms also join the party when there is function downstairs. Located in outskirts with no nearby shop. Please take care when opting to stay with small kids.

One of my best friend got married at waterlily, the worst decision we took to book waterlily. Highlights of my stay: 1) Rude staff - for a simple humble request the owner of the place almost ended up in a fight with groom himself in front of all guest. Insulted Grooms parents as well. If the upper management treats the guest like this no need to say how the staff would treat. 2) Wi-Fi of no use at all- too slow. Not at all acceptable for such high tariff. 3) Room service would not pick up phone. 4) No towels in restrooms. 5) After strict instructions rooms were allotted to wrong people. These were some of my experiences, I am sure people might had some worst. Would never recommend to anyone.

I stayed there for a relative`s wedding. They had booked the whole Hotel, so can`t say about tariffs. Hotel is on the highway, and away from hustle and bustle of the city. So don`t expect that you'll get alot of local shops around. Though, the property is really good. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean.
