I have recently stay at Hotel Mangal City which i located in Vijay Nagar, i found hotel is located in very good location & they have made it wonderful use of location only issue is WiFi facility which need to be up to the mark otherwise ambiance is good,staff is courteous worth for money .

good hotel...budget hotel.. need to book well in advance as the hotel is mainly booked during marriage seasons. hence request you to book well in advance. complimentarty pick up and drop with complimentary breakfast. situated on A.B. Road, indore...nearly about all malls are at walking distance, hence you can spent like roaming near by.

Located at vijaynagar - a much hapenning place in indore. The hotel has attached mall, theater and restaurant in the same building and makes a perfect place to hangout once you are back from your work.
Rooms are good but WiFi facilities are not working. Sometimes I feel the hotel was not been maintained properly and hence most of the guests have moved to some better choice which are available within a kilometre distance.
Food is ok, but can get the option of customization. Ambience wise ok at whatsoever the price its available.
Overall good hotel at good price.

Worst experience ever ... They not even provided actual bill to me..
Room smells like Dirty one.. not safe for family.. loud music full night no basic emenities provided ..

Although very good property and location. Very poor quality food and customer service. Dark corridor every room floor. No towels changed unless you demand every morning. Dirty towels. No bath mats.

Front office staff was extremely rude in their behaviour , a guy named Saurabh who claimed front desk manager was extremely rude .it was shocking ,I travel across India but have never seen such bad behavior from any hotel . rooms are not clean . WiFi hardly works 5,6,7 floors . I had already paid through make my trip otherwise , I would have never stayed in this mess . its a complete mess . never stay here

Very bad experience had while in Hotel. Nobody to care in restaurant, washrooms are stinking with door locks broken. Very bad staff, doesn't know how to take care of their guests, no etiquettes. Leave about Hotel knowledge they are incompetent to it. Don't go by the façade and reception it is totally deceptive.

My one day stay at Hotel Mangal City while transiting after my visit to Ujjain & Omkareswara was nothing short of a nightmare.
The hotel has pathetic services - We had problems with almost every thing - there was no bellboy to help with luggage, the room though big had a unkept ambiance, the hotel had nil occupancy making it very eerie, there were no room keys & everytime we had to go to reception & request to open doors, toilet was not clean, some lights were not working, water ran out at night, TV remote did not work.
No one answered calls at Housekeeping. While checking with Hotel Staff, one of the boys said that they do not get salaries regularly.
I would recommend that the hotel is not allowed to operate with ghastly services & subject guests to such nightmarish experience.

We are facing a lot of trouble with this hotel even before staying with them. I have a confirmed booking for September which I did in August via make my trip and Mr Ritesh from Mangal City keeps telling me it has been cancelled. I can't afford the booking to be cancelled. The booking has been paid in full already. The hotel is just playing games cause they know it's high demand time and want to sell that room at a higher price. I will be taking up this issue with make my trip and this review will be going on Yelp and Google.

It is one of the good hotel in medium price range. I have attended two conferences in this hotel. it is good hotel for small conferences. Break fast and food quality is also good. It is in Vijay Nagar. Good Thing is there is shopping mall near to this hotel. The service also very good.
