We had an amazing stay with the park we enjoyed and staff here is really amazing specially Mr Sylvester he had done smooth check in and very friendly in nature and also Ms khushi was really nice she had scortted us explained things nicely.

I visited to indore came from Jaipur and called The Park Indore to know about the events in the park Ms Aishwarya picked up the call assisted for the aqua friendship day party me and my fiance enjoyed and had the dinner at the epicenter. Good hospitality beautiful hotel.

Pros: 1. Nice view from the room. 2. Nice spacious newly built rooms with all amenities. 3. Good food at the restaurant. 4. Kama Ayurveda amenities. 5. Great ambience of the poolside restaurant. 6. Courteous staff. The senior staff members were attending the guests at the breakfast which was nice. Cons: 1. Open parking, which leaves guest vehicles exposed to the environment. 2. Resident guests should be informed of any events taking place in the hotel, which they might be interested in. There was some bollywood night event at the hotel which we got to know late in the evening.

Leadership and quality of Manager Mr Vineet is excellent and posses the great example of humanism with his associates team members. My first experience in park but apart from this u also visited to some quality 5 star hotel in Delhi and Hyderabad but vineet and his team are excellent . Vikas, prabhat,gajendra Shankar, aayushi ,Dhiraj,Silverster, bhavana... are some associates but feels like family member in terms of service. Reception staff is also great. Today my checkout day vineet and some assosiate not available but sharing picks with prabhat. Great experience

Beautiful hotel nice interior I came there for sundowner party at Aqua I called at hotel Ms Aishwarya assist us with the hotel outlets and timings I would definitely visit the property again. Me and my friends like the hotel n Aqua pool side lounge.

Really liked the food and hospitality of the staff. I personally liked the salads and the toppings with it. The show stopper were the desserts in the end. All the desserts were really good and the presentation was on point.

Very good food and very good ambience at the buffet i.e. “ epicentre” starters should have been more than two and the main course was up to the mark and the desserts were outstanding. This is a must visit places in for foodies and should have in you bucket list.
