I want to share the feedback for the F&B team, my stay with jardin made more comfortable because of the excellent service was taken care by Mukesh (Restaurant Captain) and Sunil (Breakfast Chef) and other Restaurants Stewart like Ajay, Sushma and Priyanka who gave good services for us.
I also wants to appreciate to the HK team for getting readiness of my room, I have stayed almost 35 days with Jardin and every day my room has been cleaned without my request and even laundry is also taken care of HK team.
I was disappointed there was no control of the guest movement at the night and they were keep on roaming at the corridor and making more noise and distrub the in house guest sleep. Even after complaining there was no action taken by the hotel staffs on this concern, so request you needs to be taken care of this concern on priority. Rest all was good đź‘Ť

As a business woman I have to tour different cities and I stays many good hotels. And this time I booked Jardin. And it's one of the safe and secured hotel for single lady I ever visited. They also check your room preference like smoking and non smoking as they have different floor for smoking rooms and I really appreciate that. God bless you.

This Hotel is just Pathetic.
We booked room with double occupancy and we were provided single tooth brush, single comb and single water bottle.
How hygienic this Hotel management is to ask 2 Guests to use single tooth brush
The restaurant was another disappointment as Tables were not made ready, no Tissue papers on the table and again no drinking water provided in table unless asked for.
The Juices were kept in open mouth jar and lots of House-flies were around. We didn't opt this juice considering this.
We actually wanted to book 15 rooms for our upcoming family event for.our Guests but now we have to look for another option.
We booked room with double occupancy and we were provided single tooth brush, single comb and single water bottle.

Miss Panday was in Reception during checkout and she was abnormally sounding rude to all her customers.
I was staying there for thee days & requested for 30 minutes delay for check out and she started asking to check out at 11.30 which was crazy.
She was mentioning a group early check in during 12'O hours which was a lie as I was there at the reception post checkout till 12.45 & I didn't see any one cheking Inn.
There were one many which I might can avoid in mentioning , but this kind of services are not at all expected .
You visitor pls judge well before checkin here.

It was a wonderful experience with JARDIN HOTELS. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel cleanliness was good. The tap in the washroom washbasin needs to be replaced. If you can make tea and coffee at a reasonable rate for room service. Few rooms need immediate pest control. Overall experience was good.
