We had the Sangeet ceremony and the stay for our guests in SureStay Plus. It was a pleasant experience. The staff is supportive and prompt. We never felt that any part of the function was mismanaged. The place is well maintained and the people are polite and smart. They helped us with all the last-minute requests. We dealt with Vikramji, Narendraji and Aquibji who were all instrumental in smooth running of our functions. Thanks a lot!

Mr . Sunil Chopra ( Resturant Manager ) It’s Great experience . Infect I am regular Guest for this hotel for every 4 days in month . Staff and service are very comfortable . Particularly Resturant manager r very friendly . I am enjoying my foods like breakfast and all during my every month stay . We had organised my brother's wedding from 18-20th June 2022 at SureStay PLUS hotel by BEST WESTERN INDORE. The Event was very well managed by the hotel staff. Decoration was spot on as promised. Food was delicious and hygienic. Even the rooms were well maintained. Definitely a recommended hotel for all kind of events.

Hosted my daughter's first birthday celebration at Sure Stay on 18th June. Located at one of the prime locations of Indore.The entire experience from venue selection / booking to the execution was just amazing. Every guest of mine appreciated the food , service and the ambience of the venue. I must have missed to meet and welcome a couple of guests upon arrival but the team did not. The beverage counter, buffet and the seating arrangement was planned wisely. Had booked a room as well. Room is new with all the modern facilities available. Quick room service and laundry. Decent breakfast. Strongly recommended!!!! Thanks to the entire team there. SureStay becomes the preferred venue now on.
