We stayed here for one night! Here are some genuine feedback from hoteliers: 1. Reservation: we booked directly from the website which was pretty smooth. We called the hotel where the call was picked up by some untrained unprofessional staff who didn't know anything.. not complaining about the person but the process as reservation is the first impression of the hotel. We asked a few questions where she/he didn't knew anything and kept on calling after every 15-20 min to revert on each question. 2. We informed the person over call about the special occasion and subject to availability early check-in. As we ourselves are hotelier, making a guest delight is our top most priority, but unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel the staff were completely clueless about these two requests. We do understand early check-in can only be provided only if there is any room available but a simple courtesy would be to welcome the guests, offer a welcome drink or at least a bottle of water and a time a room will get ready. We were at the hotel at 10 am and waited almost for 3 hours to get a room but nobody was there to even ask for water. 3. About the special occasion: we were told at the reservation stage that they can have a cake placed in the room from the hotel's compliment, but had to remind the hotel thrice to place a cake in the room. 4. Housekeeping service was very good. Can't deny that our floor attendant (Rajendra/Ranjit - guy from Bhopal) was very well behaved and far better than any staff we met. One Star is for the person only.. 5. The swimming pool was well maintained and clean, could have been better if it was temperature controlled. 6. We aren't sure about it but was literally off when we saw some kind of discrimination, to elaborate, we we're not served welcome drink at our arrival but saw at our departure that a couple was served the same.. As a hotelier, we would not visit this hotel, if someone is paying 6k and get this kind of service…

Comparing with 5 star but no proof checks in the room , whether essential amenities like Bath Tower , Slippers/loofers etc is there. You have to call for each thing for 3-4 times. Hope these things will get improved in the coming days.
