It is a most terrible place to stay. No amenities at all. Creaking bed, dirty blankets. No kettle and tea kit. No glasses for water. You are given a Rs 3medicare soap. Room was next to the lift. Till 12 pm was constantly disturbed by the shutters of the lift opening and closing and people shouting as voices echo there. Bathroom ends before starting. Not worth the money. Appears beautiful from outside but experience is terrible.
The Hotel Staff especially Mr. Chauhan was very polite as well as courteous. The owner too gave a very homely feel to my stay. The Hotel felt like more like a palace during my stay with every wish or demands were fulfilled in expedited fashion. It does all of the services within a price point that is un-parralled. It is located in the posh area of Vijay Nagar where every part of Indore is easily accessible. highly recommend it to any one who wishes to visit Indore and is on a budget or a backppacker.
The rooms were really small, with old mattresses, creaky beds, dirty linen and small washrooms with ill-fitted/placed sink/shower/toilet seat. Though the place has a lot of potential, little thought has gone into making the rooms more homely/comfortable. While it does feel heritage from the outside and in the lobby, the rooms themselves are thoroughly disappointing. One star for the staff, who were cordial in their greetings. The approach road to the hotel? Well, let's not talk about it! The hotel is stashed away in some gali!!
Terrible stay at this hotel, given room then they realized that, I have booked for triple occupancy they have given wrong room, so extra room assigned for me which was without television and telephone, horrible experience started @c/in itself, first of all their manager told that tea coffee is complimentary but they charged me for it upon check out, poor room service ordering even tea and coffee they serve it after half hour and that also reminding them several times, hot water problem is there in morning you'll find hot water in room at evening how funny and terrible it is, extremely poor service, and stay Courtesy of staff is also very bad Mr.om who works there clearly told me that this other guests is also from your region and they are bad people, verst experience.
A recent construction; done up to resemble a Rajasthani Haveli in Malwa! The owners roots go to Rajasthan, thus the decor. The staff and the owner are very courteous; overall cleanliness is good. Approach is via a small road that branches off the main road The rooms are tiny. Just enough for the bed and to walk around. No desk, no chairs. The linen needs some upgradation. Room service is slow. Morning breakfast changes on a daily basis, is limited but good quality.
Had an awesome stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room is fairly priced and affordable. We had our complimentary breakfast and it was wonderful. The hotel rooms are large and spacious, bed is comfortable and even the pillows were soft and fresh. Very good and nice stay.
