We, Vaishnavi Tours & Travels, represented by Pradip Anchan, a travel agent from Bhayander, Maharashtra, had booked 30 rooms at Kyriad for our guests. I must say it is the best luxury hotel in Indore.
The hotel is centrally located at Vijayanagar, near Sayaji Square, and offers excellent quality and quantity in its services.
Kyriad Hotel Indore offers two dining options: PuncHin, which serves delectable Punjabi and Chinese cuisines, and BISO, a lounge bar that offers a variety of multi-cuisine dishes. Both restaurants provide a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. The food quality is highly praised by guests, with many reviews highlighting the delicious taste and excellent service.
A special mention to Mr. Milind, the General Manager, who meticulously looked into all aspects of hospitality, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Myself Ansar Khan travel agent from Dewas Madhya Pradesh I have booked 28 room at Kyriad for my guest. I must say it's a best business hotel in Indore at your budget
If I talk about hotel it's a century located at Vijayanagar near to Sayaji square foot quality and quantities best Mr Hemant and Mr Vipul are exceptionally well in the business highly appreciated their efforts for my group. We will look forward to use this hotel next time also

We, both 70+ Senior Citizens, spent three days in this Hotel. It is located centrally and close to many Multi-Speciality Hospitals in the neighbourhood. The Front Desk staff and the Room Service Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. The morning Breakfast spread was quite basic but the food quality was very good. Toiletieries were bare minimum. The bed was comfortable with clean linen. The room was very small compared to the MPT Hotels that we had stayed and the lay out of the room leaves much to be desired. It is hard to believe that it is a part of an "International" Franchise. A small dirty window is the only opening for a view of the outer world, giving a claustrophobic feeling. The lay out of the bathroom takes the cake. Having stayed in hundreds of Hotels around the globe, I found this crammed space an apology of a bathroom. There was no partition between the wet(bath) and Dry(commode) area. Worst still, there was no floor drain in the bathroom portion but the only drain was right across the room on the other end below the wash basin. Once the first person takes bath, the entire floor gets covered with soapy, slippery slushy bath water as it traverses across the floor to the drain point. Very risky for a senior citizen to venture in, till it gets dried. It is no fun for young couples too. There is a "romantic" glass partion between the bedroom area and the Bathroom, may be with the idea of the spouse watching the other taking bath on the other side, while sitting on the bed. Imagine if at that instant, if the Room Service chap comes with the breakfast you had ordered and rings the door bell. When you open the door, he can have an exciting direct view of the person bathing. Atleast a curtain should be provided to cover the partition if one desires so. As I said, a disappointing lay out-both for seniors as well as youngsters. Oh, and one more thing. If you have the habit of taking bath in the evening after returning to the room, if you are ok with cold water it is fine. If you need hot water, you need to leave the hot water tap open till 3 or 4 buckets of cold water is wasted so that some luke warm water ( left over from the morning hot water storage) will start flowing.

Only thing impressive about this hotel is the food in their Punjabi restaurant. Ambience and service are also excellent. Other good thing is that the hotel is centrally located. Having said this, the rooms are almost like matchbox. There is not sufficient place to keep your baggage. The plug points which you will need to charge your mobile will test your patience. They are all 3-pin and you will have to insert a stick in the third hole to use a two-pin charger. The bathroom is the tiniest I have ever seen and very badly designed. You will want to run out of it within seconds. The bathwater keeps flowing under your feet much after you finished your bath. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Nice Hotel to stay, The room was so good and it's very clean. The food is very good and have many varieties to try. Actually I don't like North Indian food but in this hotel the food taste was so good and yummy and The service is very very good especially Virat Sharma and Lucy service was very great ful and virat is so friendly and so kind, Front office members (Allok Mishara and Aunpa) really good and they welcomed us nicely. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I have visited multiple times for lunch and dinner with my friends and family. The food was superb the service is excellent. Chef Atar is a fantastic human being and he always serve us delicious food. Chicken Nanza is one the favourite dish what we loved.
