Since before entering the hotel we all were being greeted warmly, firstly the body temperature was taken followed by had sanitation, our laugage bags too were sanitized even the staff requested us to put on masks ,we all were very much impressed by the rules and regulations as the staff were following and make the guests to follow during Covid 90. We found our room nice and clean. Wash room was neat and clean, everything was properly working in it.The TV,Refrigerator and air conditioner too were properly functioning. We were very much impressed with the room service boys all were very much polite and humble. In the morning when we entered in restaurant we again were welcomed very warmly. I found the staff working in the restaurant were very much keenly going to every guest and asking them about the dishes to be served. Even the staff and Manager were telling the specific special Menu's about their hotel, we were much Happy looking towards their hospitality and attitude. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast specially Kawa. One of the Hotel Manger,Manavi attracted us with very generosity and kindly, she had guided us helpfully. Overall really the all hotel members treated us like family members.

Services are good here. The way of serving food was Very hygenic and the Food has great in taste. This hotel is safe from covid 19 as I asked before proceeding with the check-in procedures. They disinfect everthing and use that room after 24hrs.

I have been staying in this hotel for quite some time now and I would like to say that even during these testing times, the hotel staff has managed to cope and cater to all the guests needs and wants at the same time maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety. One can also look forward to treat their taste buds with all kinds of delicacies. The rooms are quite comfortable to stay and their impressive response time to your wants also need a special mention. Their managers Mr. Jitendra and Mr.Abhilash are great guys to interact with, in pulling engaging conversations and they also ensure that their guests are well taken care of. I, for one, would highly recommend Fairfield Marriott for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, delicious food & at the same time without putting a major dent on your wallet.

Better opt for Indore Marriot instead of Fairfield if budget is not a constraint.
This is my 3rd time stay at this property. Cons: Service issues. Bathrooms not well configured before checkin Several items were missing. Cleanup and check not performed before alloting the room. No Shower at all. Hand shower configured to work as Shower. Stupid!! Stains overall in the bathroom which can be a mood killer. Toiletteries are same bottled attached and refilled. Not convinence after covid and in general! Hand Jet flush damaged. Furniture not fixed like handles having screw missing etc.
Queen size bed. May be because of budget room. Although it doesnt make a difference.
Views from the Room is not pleasing at all. The next neighboring commercial building could easily view the room if curtains/blinds are uncovered.
Dining: Can be busy staff due to guest flow. Service can be slow.
Pros: Just a Marriot Brand.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov with extended family. Reasonably priced for the value you get. Location is not exactly city center but most of site seeing places are within 5-10 km range. Airport is 45 mins drive. Property is good & relatively new. Staff & service is v good. Rooms & hygiene is pretty good. Breakfast spread is nice. Check in & out was swift. We hired a car and hotel has underground parking where their valet will help you park. No complaints..Will prefer to stay again if i come back.

Have stayed in many Fairfield properties across the US I knew I could expect a bare minimum Fairfield standard from this one since Indore is a big business city in the area but I was greatly surprised by how much better this property was right from the moment I stepped in. The decor at the entrance was amazing and no issues checking in which happened swiftly.
The room was very well maintained and even small demands like ice and water were catered to at good pace. Breakfast was also excellent served well on time and had a wide menu to choose from. The demeanor of the staff is excellent would like to especially thank Mr. Abhay Borgaonkar for a great welcome and helpful tips about the city. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property for business traveled others as well.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Indore recently. From the time of check in until the time of departure, the staff was courteous, helpful and very service minded.
I had reserved the room a few days in advance & the team ensured that I was given a comfortable, large & spacious room. Prasenjit & Manisha even placed a personalized note in the room before I arrived. Nice touch !!!
The restaurant staff was very friendly and ensured that I had a great meal. A special thanks goes to Habib who ensured that I tasted a small bit of every dish on the buffet. He absolutely took care of my every request during both dinner and breakfast.Â
It was a pleasure staying in this hotel & I look forward to a wonderful visit the next time.

Summary - The Hotel is a reasonably good stay and value for money. Room - The room is relatively spacious and clean. Bathroom is also clean. Soap and shampoo along with hand towels and bath towels available in the bathroom. Electric Iron, Micro-wave and hair dryer is provided in room. Safety locker and Mini refrigerator were also available. Amenities for preparing tea and[ coffee where available in the room. Staff is really good and excellent service by Tanisq and Tarun from the front desk was provided, WiFi was good and strong.
