Quite impressed with this budget hotel, that is also comfy for a family. The staff were polite, always obliging, even arranged for a car on hire (ask for Shahid Bhai). The hotel is one among a cluster of such places, in South Tukoganj, adjacent to the upscale Yeshwant Club, bungalow strewn, neighbourhood. WiFi though shuts off at midnightish, i suspect this could be amenable upon request. Suggest meals at Shree Chotiwala, next door, for affordable yet awesome food. Close by would be Treasure Island mall and Chappan Dukkan.

Worst experience. The guy at the reception was very rude and denied for any help. Room was so dirty, there were spider webs on the walls and furniture, bidi and cigarette filters on the common area. There was power cut too next morning. There are so many better options at this price, we did a big mistake to book this hotel, which looked good from the outside but room and staff services were not at all worth.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days during my trip to Ujjain. The hotel is right in the middle of the city and is closer to all malls and business centers. The highlight of this hotel is that it is very neat and clean. I heard that this was renovated a year back or so. The interiors looks new and plush. The service staff was courteous and i dint have any issues.

The reception staff are so lovely here and very helpful. The rooms are satisfactory but a bit smelly. The staff that clean and help with bags did walk into our room without waiting for us to open the door which was a bit rude! Internet is intermittent.

I had stayed here during my second visit to Indore. Room was just clean but was still stinking of foul smell. Had to request the manager to change the room. Luckily they did. The other room was better. Didnt like the food there. But yeah, since it is a budget hotel can manage just with the stay.

I Stayed in this hotel for Two Nights during my visit to Indore city. Hotel is good only for Stay, It has no restaurant attached. However Nearby there is very good Pure Veg Choti wala Restaurant. Th check in and check out process was smooth. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Positives: The restaurant was closed during my stay but the staff were very helpful and got food from the nearby restaurants on my order. It's close to the Center and there is a mall situated at 5 mins walking distance. I choose an AC room and it's much more spacious than the other rooms with not much of price difference. No buffet breakfast, but they serve basic bread, eggs and paranthas. Complete value for your money. You also have many restaurants nearby if you need any change in cousins. Negative: there was frequent power cuts and even though they have back up which includes power supply to the AC too, but the elevator stops working. I had to take an early morning flight on the day of my check out and did not get hot water in the shower at about 6 am. I don't really complain as they were very helpful through out my stay.

I stayed 2 times in this hotel both times only 1 night. Very good hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. There is very good restaurant just next to this hotel. Location is prime. chappan dukaan is near to this place. Definitely recommended for stay
