Be very careful staying at a comfort inn using your debit card. They charge you for the room and then create another charge deducted from your account for the same amount that they don’t tell you about. When you call them and ask them they tell you they did not do this your bank

Further, I apologize that you did not feel you received hospitable service from a member of our team when you mentioned the problems that you were having. We do authorize credit / debit cards for an amount greater than that of the room, and I'm very sorry for the bad taste that this left with you regarding your entire experience at our hotel. If this ever happens to you during future travels, please allow the merchant to have the opportunity to reach out directly to your bank to request the release of pre-authorized charges.
