This was my fifth time to visit the Snowbird. The restaurant continues to improve, the bar selection is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. Robert and the staff make everyone feel as though they should consider this to be their home. The addition, since my previous visits, of new trails, sunrise and sunset view points, and the new fire pit... More

In the midst of many trails and near Joyce Kilmer Natural Forest, this resort provided us with a luxury suite that offered hot-tub, steam shower and a fire-place to relax after our hikes. We received great service, wonderful food and enjoyed a great combination of top service in a casual, rustic setting of an old, yet updated mountain lodge. We... More

Just returned from a week's visit at the beginning of their season. It is an exceptional place with every convenience that you can imagine. We stayed in Wolf Cottage #2 and the view sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair is about as close to touching the hand of God that one can get. The quiet and the... More

Great place to get away from it all. Robert has done an excellent job of updating the property. Friendly staff and Butch runs a great bar. Fire pit in the screened in porch is a nice addition. Nothing like hiking or reading a book by the fire in the great room.

We have visited the Snowbird multiple times and always come away completely satisfied. The food is delicious, the bar is wonderfully stocked along with an awesome bartender, the rooms and lodge are cozy, comfortable, pleasant, and clean, the surroundings are magical, the dogs are delightful, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing getaway... More

This was such a pleasant peaceful surprise. A small, cozy lodge where ipads and iphones are rarely seen. The food was delicious, accommodations comfortable with trails and lakes nearby. The food is all inclusive and they even pack your lunch for your daily adventures. My husband and I are looking forward to visiting again.

Six couples stayed recently for 2 nights. All 6 couples enjoyed their stay. Three couples were new and the other 3 have been there before. As one of the returnees, (4th time,) it was the best weekend to date. The food was outstanding. The service was excellent in all areas. The addition of a fire pit in the outside screened... More

We go to Snowbird Mountain Lodge 2 or 3 times a year to relax and rejuvenate our souls! The Staff, food, rooms, grounds, etc. are always top notch!! One of our favorite places to hang out is in the screen room with the fire pit enjoying a nice glass of wine and talking with other guest! The trails on the... More

We were there many years ago and thought the place was great. This time we were impressed by the indifferent service (except the bartender - who was delightful), the ho-hum cuisine, the deteriorating condition of the facilities and the formidable expense. We do not intend to return to the Snowbird Mountain Lodge.

As caretaker and steward of Snowbird Mountain Lodge I wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking the time to review your stay here on the mountain. I also wanted to personally apologize for your impressions while here. Maintaining a remote Lodge listed on the National Historic Register and National Trust can be a challenge, but the Lodge... My husband and I went for three nights mid week and had a great time. We stayed in one of the cabins which had a fantastic view with a hot tub on the deck. We went hiking every day, and relaxed at night in front of the fire. There are no TVs in the rooms which I loved and cell... More
