This hotel was just fine for my weekend trip to Raleigh. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and had the BEST Wi-Fi connection I have ever had in a hotel, including the fancy ones I had to pay $10 a night for. The hotel has seen better days but it looks like they are upgrading and making...

The good: the sheets were so SOFT! This little inn is surrounded by high rise hotels and really held its own. Management must be renovating and it shows. Good updates. The bad: Im being picky here to keep with the integrity of my review. I want to be fair and warn those that stay that some of the renovations are...

I always stay here when I visit home. Per usual the staff was kind, quickly fixed issues, and I will continue to stay here when I visit America. Love the beds, it's like sleeping on clouds! Great location, no noise, clean!

Bring your own eye covers, noise cancellers, bar soap, coffee maker, and decaffeinated coffee. The uninsulated door separating two rooms lets you hear your neighbor's conversations, agitated children, and their flushing toilet. The bathroom floor is slippery even when dry, so be careful. Read the directions to use the shower. Liquid shampoo and soap are attached to the wall. Our...

My family has been staying here in between leases. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the cost is decent. There is a workout area, and it's right off the highway which is extremely needed for work. I defiantly recommend them!

Tricky to find but once there, you'll be glad you found it. I was greeted by a hardworking and very friendly manager. The room I was was given was large, nice, clean and quiet. It's equipped with a large desk/work space and very large TV with plenty of channels. There's plenty of parking in what appears to be an upscale,...

We're happy you found us. We're just one block off Glenwood Avenue and once block from the upscale Crabtree Valley Mall. Our rooms are spacious - larger than in some of the luxury hotels nearby. We strive to provide a clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere in a great neighborhood - at an affordable price. Our new large flat screen TV's...

I can't believe there has been no reviews . This hotel is as good as many of the more expensive hotels with a great price included. Located right in the middle of expensive hotels, this is a bargain. I have been coming here on business for a number of years. I used to shop around, but now just call when...

We greatly value our returning guests like yourself. To be referred to as a "second home" is the best compliment you have given us! With easy access to shopping, dining, downtown universities and colleges, the fairgrounds and Rex Hospital, we offer the same great neighborhood at a bargain price. Thank you for taking the time to write a review and...

I was a bit hesistant to book this hotel, but am glad that I did! For the price, you won't get better than this. The rooms were kept clean and were very comfortable. The bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensors along with a hairdryer. The rooms came with a comfortable bed, a little seating area with a table and...

We really appreciate that you "highly recommend" our hotel. As you mentioned, we're a basic hotel that aims to be clean and comfortable Instead of adding lots of amenities, we focus on keeping our price affordable. And with the money you save, you might take your friends, family, or significant other out to enjoy Crabtree's many dining and shopping venues....

This hotel was about half the price of what the other hotels were charging for being so close to the I-440 beltway. Also walking distance to the Crabtree Valley Mall. While the hotel is amidst minor renovations, they are minimally disruptive to their guests. The only drawback was no elevator, so guests on the upper levels have to climb stairs....

Thanks for your kind review. As you mentioned, we do renovate. Among our recent improvements: new large flat screen TV's, upgraded Wi-Fi in all rooms, new air conditioners, to name a few. But we make sure not to disrupt our guests in the process since keeping the hotel quiet and safe is a priority. It's true that we have no...
